Muy simpátic
Pros:

El personal.....todo el hotel y en recepcion todas muy simpáticas, sobre todo una que se llama sreypich

Cons:

Que no habia manera de ver la tv pq tenian una averia con los canales y el internet, pero creo q esa no era la razon. Es un misterio. Y el turismo chines que abunda y no respectan nada.

Great property for the price (I paid)
Pros:

Great location close to the river, markets and entertainment district
with almost everything you need. Varied breakfast, gym small but adequate, same goes for the pool. Roof top bar a winner, staff friendly and professional. Modern room design and windows you can open.

Cons:

No TV just BYO apps, Netflix etc, which limits viewing opps and creates issues when guests don’t log off after their stay and have a language that can only be understood by that nationality. My shower controls were a bit dodgy and couldn’t get the water to go cold.

Pros:

Tribe was the perfect base for exploring Phnom Penh. The hotel was modern and clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It was a lovely place to relax amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooftop bar was excellent, both food and drinks, as was Hong Bao!

Cons:

It’s worth noting that there is nowhere to sunbathe by the pool, although there are chairs and beanbags there are no loungers.

Great modern hotel in the perfect location
Pros:

Great base to explore Phnom Penh. Modern hotel and room, amazing breakfasts, great location right by the park and markets, very helpful staff. The rooftop bar is sensational

Cons:

Not a big deal for me personally but having the sink outside of the bathroom is unusual!

The hotel is lovely, just not 100% accessible for wheelchairs so we wouldn’t stay here again

The pool area wasn’t suitable for wheelchairs, so we couldn’t use it
The gym wasn’t great. The main cable machine was broken and the dumbbells were limited. It was quite small. We struggled to find a gym Local that was accessible.

My stay was perfect and location is very central. Lots of eating options just a few steps away too
Pros:

The staff are very attentive and very quick to act. I had problem connecting with their unsecured wifi and their IT person got it fixed quickly

Cons:

Although it was not their fault, I was disappointed with the private car I booked to pick me up from airport.
It was a taxi, with old and worn out leather seat and No airconditioning. It was so hot and humid.
The hotel gave me 50% off from the original cost.
