Rude and Unprofessional Staffs (Gopal)
Pros:

Nothing
Such a waste place to stay, you can find good deals for the same price elsewhere
Please don't waste your money and stay in such a dirty place

Cons:

Staffs, especially the front office guy named Gopal was very rude and unprofessional. The room which was offered to us had no ventilation so my dad requested to change the room if possible for that he replied in a harsh tone saying he can't, also the rooms are not clean and looks old, and no proper maintenance. I had issue with the number of guests so I contacted booking.com customer service, he told me I can ask the approval of hotel if they are ok you can accommodate 1 more guests, actually we booked 2 rooms and 3 of us but I booked it showed only 2 guests so the hotel staff Gopal was very rude and told me to contact customer service of booking.com, they told for free of charge if hotel agrees they can modify but that guy Gopal intentionally denied the request and asked me to pay extra rs 500, which is not at all worth for such average hotel, the location is poor, they hotel is located in the far dead end of a narrow street and which will be very difficult when we have a car to reach to this place and also no proper covered parking, moreover rooms are not so good and fortunately I had the option for free cancelation upto 6pm of that day so the booking.com customer service guy told me you can also cancel you booking for full refund so I told that I will go ahead with Cancelation but that useless guy Gopal was forcing us to stay saying you can't cancel now because you already checked in and done the check in formalities but that was his fault that he didn't check how many guests were checking in and how many were in his system its showing and he didn't respond professionally to the guests so I told him as per my contract I can cancel for full refund and we took our bags and left the place. I wouldn't suggest such a cheap place to anyone who is expecting a peaceful stay in Trichy.

Pros:

The staffs there was excellent. I was staying alone there but I did not find any fear of being alone there as a women. Excellent place to stay with minimal facilities... It may not be a 5 star experience but it is worth a money. Women can stay there without any fear alone.

Cons:

I don't have any negatives. Only thing is it may not look like a hotel. It will be like a apartments. Also place is little inside from the main bus stand. But as i said the place was good.

Pros:

Room is good and clean You will get 1 bedroom 1 hall & kitchen in a superior room but no vessel or amenities in the kitchen

Cons:

but near by no hotel or provision store.. if you need anything you need to walk 10 min

Pros:

I would recommend this place for family stay.

Cons:

I could not find the switches to turn off night lights. The lights were mild but I prefer them to be turned off. Apart from this, I am very happy with their facility.

The staff was proactive in fulfilling our request. Only this I can comment positively

Cons:

We asked for room change as the flush was nt working. The new room's bathroom is worn out. Mirror has stains. Tab is old so water is chanelling to all sides. Bed has stains and cockroaches eggs.
