Located in the fringe of the financial district of the city yet feels suburban. Has a few nice hotpot restaurants, a modern Italian coded house called Good Wood Coffee where we enjoyed some nice food and coffee nearby. We were treated to some nice warm sweet Chinese dessert soups on evenings. There's a coffee and tea station for guests near the lobby. My son likes the comfortable bed. There's a laundry on Level 2 with washing machines and dryers for guests to use for free (and you don't need a WeChat on +86 number to operate). Our 2 bedroom apartment has a combo washing machine and dryer. You could operate the dryer independently.
A bit far from city. The 2 bedrooms smelt a bit of cigarettes smoke. Smoke from nearby guest rooms also floated into our room. We had to inform reception who took action quickly.
Very clean and friendly staff especially crystal yu helped me with my very urgent parcel midnight . Really appreciate her help

The room is facilitated with a washing machine, the gym fullfilled what I needed for a gym, and the space is big enough compared to here in EU, The staff in the restaurant and the reception are very helpful and kind.
Breakfast is provided in both Chinese style and Western style, but the Western style offers a bit more choice, for example, croissants, cheese, etc. It would also be great if they could arrange an airport shuttle bus from Tianfu International Airport; a charged fee is no problem.

Perfect, location, the hotel is one of the best it is better than the same franchise from Xi'an.

Accommodation was really clean and comfortable. New and chic hotel with great amenities. Would have given higher rating if not because of the unfriendly and inattentive staffs.
The staffs at the hotel were really unfriendly and they sulked most of the time. On the day when we left on 19 Oct around 11am, it was raining, and we were struggling to get our luggage into Didi. Concierge representative just stood inside the hotel looking at us carrying our luggage without even offering to help.
Staffs at breakfast area were also unfriendly. We had breakfast for 3 consecutive days and hotel staffs don't bother to wipe the dirty/used tables with proper/clean tablecloths. I also observed that tablemats were re-used and there was an occasion whereby a customer spat grapes on the tablemats and staffs just pushed off the chewed grapes from the tablemats but tablemats were not cleaned properly, nor they were changed! Super gross!

great facility (suite setting with living room separated from bedroom and in-unit washer/dryer) with very reasonable pricing.
The breakfast is kind of lame with food options almost the same day after day.
The hallway kind of smells due to lack of A/C.
