Short break - very comfortable modern rooms
Pros:

Lively pub and hotel on weekends. Great menu choice. For a pub the rooms are surprisingly spacious, modern, clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities and removed from the pub side of things so not noisy. Small car park at the back and on a bus route.

Cons:

We kept hearing next doors phone alarm going off which was annoying as they seemed to be ignoring it - or maybe had gone for breakfast ! That isn't the hotels fault though - otherwise stay was lovely
Suggestion for hotel - we couldn't find any USB charger points which most places have these days ?

Perfect stay, very comfortable, just the job, thank you !
Pros:

Last minute booking on way back down south from the Highlands. Very comfortable stay, room very clean and warm, staff very friendly

Cons:

Couldn’t find our way in at first but we did arrive when it was dark and likely down to us not knowing the place and not fault of the hotel

Great facilities and staff. Room spacious and very comfortable, food from the kitchen excellent... Special mention to Sarah the manager, and Fiona who greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, even an early breakfast. A lovely stay, would recommend, and definitely return..

Hotel was clean and staff friendly.
Pros:

The property was clean and lovely.

Cons:

The bar closed way too early to get food. And, there was a violent domestic incident out on the street upon night of arrival. Of course, no fault of the hotel property, but it was a bit unnerving. Police arrested a guy and next morning he was back out of jail and screaming at his partner. That is what we woke up to. Had I have been traveling single, I think I would’ve been completely unnerved for the evening. Thank goodness, my partner was with me.

Pros:

The staff were excellent! The outdoor keycard readers were playing up during our stay, so the manager very kindly stayed at the desk long after closing time to let us in just in case the readers didn't work. We got back to the inn at around 1:30am (as we were staying for a wedding), so really appreciated the extra lengths that she went to for us! The inn otherwise was very good and much as expected, the breakfast was decent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the parking was suitable.

Pros:
