Pros:

Good hotel located close to the metro. Breakfast was value-for-money with both Uzbeck and Western options. Rooms are relatively spacious and clean. The IPTV system however needs improvement (didn’t work), but that’s not a show stopper.

A surprising hotel before I left the country
Pros:

This brand-new hotel was a nice surprise for me.

Its installations are comfortable, the staff is friendly and breakfast was very well served, with a broad variety of options.

The only think that is somewhat problematic is the location: it is in a good district, but somewhat far from the subway stations and tourist attractions. As taxis are not expensive in Uzbekistan, to cross distances is not a matter.

Modern hotel
Pros:

The hotel is new, modern & clean. Beds are very comfortable. It's in an area with cafes & restaurants nearby, but there isn't much to do in the hotel itself. A gym is advertised but it is only for women, and that too if paying for some spa services. The spa services like sauna & hammam are not complimentry, but very expensive! The staff is helpful & we were able to leave our luggage when we went away for the weekend.

Pros:

Staff were all lovely. Special thanks to both check-in reception ladies on Sunday morning who both helped me settle in and check in very early. On-site restaurant and bar, very useful and food was good. Special thanks to Aziza in the restaurant for helping with travel questions and food. Much appreciated 🙏
