Beginning to be remodeled, missing basic amenities
Cons:

No furniture to sit on in the room other than the bed. No coffee or hot water maker in the room. Bedding had a few cigarette burns even though it was a nonsmoking room.

Boyd Park across the street was a real plus, even though it involved crossing a busy street. Our stay was very pleasant.

Traffic noise, especially motorcycles, was loud and annoying.

The place is disgusting. The room was not cleaned..the linen had disgusting stains. The staff were not friendly or accommodating.
