The spacious accessible room. And the location many restaurants options

Cons:

Lack of communication, called before my stay to confirm bathroom chair, agent on the home did confirm and when we checked in no chair option. Also, uncomfortable sinking bed.

Clean, quiet and room had blackout shades and plugs where it makes sense

Overall great. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we’re looking to stay/ do something different.
Pros:

Suite was nice with full size refrigerator. Nicely sized and located near all major restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Outdoor pool was tiny. Would have preferred a large indoor pool that lives up to the Hilton name.
