Pros:

Front desk and room service manager is excellent

Cons:

Staff need to be improve. Did great good morning also. Quit poor during morning break fast.

Ask for coffee, 1 of the guy with Black T-Shirt pointed its over there. But I saw him taking for another guest.

Only 1 guy in the evening looks like Chinese, he quite friendly and nice. He mentioned me on the available menu.

Prefer last year staffs and the quality of services.

Room & bathroom was not clean. Not value for money
Pros:

The food was good especially Biriyani. Staffs were well behaved.

Cons:

Room & bathroom cleanliness. The pillow cover and bedsheet had stains. Table drawers had damages. Bathroom shower tap was rusty. Bathroom was not well cleaned, there was dusty patches on the floor. The soap provided had tiny hair strands in it.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Thrissur!
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience at ZIP by Spree Mangala Tower. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Thrissur, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and quick service. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of South Indian and continental options.

Ok for simple expections
Pros:

Oldish place wich need a clean up. The rooms are big but not very clean. The walls need to be painted and shower need to be repaired. Not much water reach in 5th floor if u want to use the shower 🚿. The crew is ok but that’s it. A little bit more smiling and being more heartfelt at the welcome would not be a bad option.
