Sel Lodge hotel y spa

Os dois dias que fiquei hospedado pedi informações na recepção sobre onde comer, onde ir e como funciona a região e tive pouquissimo suporte. Apesar de os banhos termais ficar em um dos lugares mais bonitos que já vi na vida.
Tudo na cidade fecha às 18/19hs.
O hotel, pelo porte, preço e qualidade, tinha que ter um apoio melhor ao turista, já explicando como funciona a região, onde e até que horas ir.
O café da manhã é só as 9am e limitado por pessoa, apesar de gostoso. Acavamos saindo tarde do hotel esperando o horário do café.

Solo decir que la persona de recepción era poco amable, un poco tosca para atender y no daba mayor información. El lugar es lindo y tranquilo. EL desayuno no es buffet, pero esta bueno y atienden amablemente las chicas

Estuvimos 3 noches con mi señora y dos hijos. Todo muy bien. La habitación de muy buen estándar, limpio. Buen desayuno servido a la mesa. La atención del staff un 7.

The SEL Lodge hotel y spa is an incredible place to stay. The views are magnificent, the room was beautiful with a spacious balcony And even a hot tub in the room.

My friend who is local was very impressed I found such a great place. 10 out of 10!!

It was a great quiet stay during the time we were there.

The room was dated and worn. Dirty floor but clean sheets. Noisy at night from neighbors outside an inside. The pool water was cloudy, the bottom of the pool was not visible. Shower head was old and not adjustable so the spray was uncomfortable.

The property is lovely and quite. The rooms have been recently renovated and they are fantastic. The owners are awesome and go above and beyond to assist their guests. The only issue we had was with the dining staff - they were quite rude and lazy. Overall, would stay here again!

The managers/owners of this hotel were amazing and soooo helpful! We loved them. The rooms were lovely and the pool area is beautiful. The staff at the restaurant were a bit rude and we had some issues with the toilet in the room which was a bit annoying but overall I would recommend this place. Especially compared to other places in the area we saw - highly recommend.

Muy lindo, cómodo y acogedor. Lo recomiendo 100% para ir en pareja o con familia. Muy limpio y cómodo.

Excelente lugar para descansar, el personal súper amable. Cómo salíamos muy temprano antes de servir el desayuno fueron muy amables y nos prepararon un paquete para desayuno para el camino. Un gran lugar en el cajón del maipo y está al lado de la casa bosque que es una gran restaurante.

Desde la llegada todo ha sido muy acogedor, el lugar es realmente hermoso, mucha naturaleza por todos lados, la piscina increíble y además cuenta con tinajas de agua caliente. El personal de recepción tiene una disposición y amabilidad a destacar.
Me gustó el lugar, su entorno y sin lugar a dudas volveré.

Hotel bem bonito, quartos grandes, estacionamento amplo e grande área de lazer. Tudo estava restrito por causa do clima.

Firstly, I would like to say that the staff that we interacted with daily were excellent. They were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good, and the hotel and area are lovely. But hope that you don’t have a problem like we did. In the afternoon we noticed an issue with the toilet, we notified the front desk and they came to take a look and said it was fine. We went out for the evening and returned at 11pm. Our room had flooded. At that time, there is only a guard on the property and he said he would call the owners to see what he could do. There were no other rooms at the time and that was not an option. The guard came back and told us that the owners did not authorize him to provide any help, not even extra towels. We used the three towels that we are provided to mop up the room. We essentially were the cleanup crew. We mopped up as best as we could but the carpet was soaked and we couldn’t stay in the room. At 1am, we booked another hotel and we were lucky enough to find an Uber and we left. I called back to see if there would be any compensation, all that was offered was not charging us around $20 of food that we consumed. The situation is very frustrating, our stay up to that point had been excellent, but at a critical point the owners of the hotel washed their hands of us. I won’t be returning our recommending the hotel to anyone else.

Precisam melhorar um pouco a conservação dos quartos. Mas em geral foi perfeito.
