Tutto sublime. Hotel pulito, personale veramente gentile e piscina pulita.
Unica piccola pecca: la colazione potrebbe avere più scelta.
Check-In wäre um 14 Uhr gewesen, durften aber lange warten und erst um 15 Uhr einchecken (kamen bereits um 11 Uhr an). Dann durften wir unser Zimmer noch dreckig empfangen. Das Badezimmer war voll verkalkt und der Boden dreckig. Unter dem Bett war alles voller Rosenblätter. Nicht mal ein Telefon hatten wir im Zimmer, um die Rezeption zu erreichen. Außerdem kam immer ein ekliger Gestank aus der Lüftung. Die Zimmer wurden ausserdem auch nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir mussten 3 mal an der Rezeption Bescheid geben, dass unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Erst am dritten Tag kam dann endlich jmd nach erneuter Aufforderung, um unser Zimmer zu reinigen.
Die Managerin war unsympathisch und hat die Mitarbeiter vor Augen der Gästen angeschrien und laute Anweisungen gegeben, was nicht professionell gegenüber den Gästen ist. Zudem gibt es sehr wenig Auswahl beim frühstücken und die Preise sind viel zu erhöht, wenn man sich beim frühstücken beispielsweise ein iced Latte bestellen möchte: 9€!!!!! Und das wurde uns erst gesagt, nachdem wir den iced Latte bestellt haben. Ein normaler Kaffee mit Milch ist hingegen gratis, die Eiswürfel machen dann wohl die 9€ aus. Unglaublich!
Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr überfordert und denen war alles egal. Das Hotel ist auf keinen Fall die 4 Sterne Wert!

Great hotel, we were the only people staying at the hotel so had a great time and were well looked after.
Only downside is the whole area is / town is on a hill so need a car/taxi to travel

The Astrid hotel in Bodrum is a beautiful property with very attentive staff. I stayed there in May and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the food. The nearby beach is one of the best beaches I’ve been to in Bodrum.
We had a great vacation! The food, the rooms, staff, and hospitality were excellent.
Rooms are elegantly designed. The owner of the hotel mentioned that all the pillows and sheets are made of silk and the bed is specially chosen for comfortable sleep.
Breakfast was nice with a variety of choices, as well as dinner.
There is a concierge service to guide you around and they provide transportation for a reasonable price.
