I would recommend for the budget friendly option.

breakfast was charged but only a small apple one banana and a few pieces of papaya provided,Although breakfast was promised at 7 am thre was not to receive calls and in the kitchen they told that they were not informed.There was no hot water in the morning, toilateries not ther during checkin.
Room was not cleaned,
Not even complimentary water bottles provided on the secondday
Only one towel provided for two persons.
Dinner on first night was leftover rice from day

Cons:

the food was not good which they have served. also the food was so costly I took 2 pcs Roti normal Tava roti, one potato fry, one dal fry, and a fish fry this cost me Rs. 695/-!!!
1ltr bottle of water charging rupees 35/_!!! where is it cost only Rs. 20/-
the fish was not good at all.
again during the breakfast ask for curd they also charge for one snall plate of card 40 rupees, just for a small portion of card??!!!
serving plates are not cleaned properly 😡😡😡😡😡
