Pros:

いつも通り部屋が綺麗でベッドの寝心地も良く、翌日の仕事も元気に行けました。
東横インさんは掛け布団カバーがちゃんとボックスカバーなのがいいです。
たまにあるシーツみたいなカバーで、布団とカバーが分離しちゃうとこは何なんでしょう…

Très bon hôtel, calme et pratique, excellent rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent, juste à côté de la station de métro Kiba (ligne Tozai), très pratique pour se déplacer. Le quartier est calme, avec plusieurs konbinis et petits restaurants à proximité. La chambre était très propre, le lit confortable, et l’hôtel est vraiment silencieux. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait parfaitement, la salle de bain était impeccable, avec serviettes changées régulièrement. Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais bon, et j’ai beaucoup apprécié le café disponible à toute heure. Le personnel était très accueillant, et le check-in / check-out très simple. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite, mais reste cependant très pratique.

A great stay!
Pros:

The staff is very nice. The location of the hotel is great, right next to the metro and super close to a park. There's a bus right outside as well, and multiple restaurants and stores. They also provide breakfast. I would absolutely come back.
