Extremely bad stay.
Cons:

I had booked 2 rooms for two days and paid the advance amount but due to flight issues i had to cancel one room booked on the second day. Despite of informing them well in advance about the matter they did not give me my advance back or atleast after deducting the cancellation charges. Had worst experience with the owner himself. He refused to refund the amount even after being informed by booking.com to do so. Very bad experience. No proper water . No breakfast or food facilities in or near by hotel. Have to travel atleast 5 to 6 km away. No coordination regarding the bookings. They will call you thousands times asking for advance booking amount but after payment no quality service provided.
