Cons:

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was disappointing on multiple levels. Despite multiple requests, staff were slow to respond and seemed indifferent to basic guest concerns.

I requested to cancel the room, since I wont continue booking their hotel. They did not cancel and difficult to talk to.

Your deposit money will not be returned back by a woman who look after this hotel.
Cons:

A woman who look after this hotel took RM20 for deposit and didnt return back the money as she promise. 2-3 times i ask for my money and she keep postponed to return the money. She is liar. I will not 'halal' the extra money she take from me.
