Pros:

Good fitness room and breakfast area. Our room had a poorly fitted shower that leaked water on the bathroom floor and NO CHAIR. I've never had a hotel room without a chair.

Area was nice

Cons:

We have stayed at several Fairfield, and this by far had the most uncomfortable bed. The mattress felt like something they should be at a motel six not the normal nicer mattresses that we have normally found in the past.
