Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, nah zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, zur Messe, Festhalle, Innenstadt und direkt das Shoppingcenter neben an.

Das Zimmer war schön gestaltet, sauber und ausreichend groß.

Das Rooftopbar sollte man sich ansehen.

Pros:

Шикарный интерьер, все продумано до мелочей, очень чисто и шикарный вид с 14 этажа.Особенно понравились кружки с нарисованными знаменитостями😁До центра пешком примерно 30 минут.Месторасположение отеля безопасное,вокруг частота и рядом парк. Персонал очень вежливый.

Cons:

Минусов не обнаружила:)

Excellent hotel with great food and a nice location
Pros:

Breakfast was plenty and amazing. Our room (junior suite) was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the VIP lounge was really convenient to grab some food and have a rest throughout the day. The location of the hotel is great too, easy to reach the central part of Frankfurt via U-Bahn. Overall a superb hotel, I would love to be back.

Cons:

No big concerns, but a few small ones:

We heard weird sounds, a very low, short horn-like sound I think originating from the building, like a ship horn, lasting about a second and irregular but coming every few minutes. It was not loud at all but clearly audible, must have something to do with the building structure or pipes.

The hotel could do with a tiny bit more entertainment, like a pool table, or a fixed table soccer (the one available at the bar was broken).

Pros:

The location was great. We attended a trade fair at Messe Frankfurt, and the hotel was very close to the venue.

We also enjoyed the rooftop bar.

Cons:

We had booked a premium room, but we were initially given a lower-category one. If we had not checked carefully, we might not have noticed. We had to go down to reception and point this out, and only then were we given the correct room.

After one night in the new room, we had an issue with the air conditioner, which was making a strange noise, so we had to move again. Unfortunately, the third room was also in poor condition, as the coffee table was broken. Once again, we had to report the problem, and finally we were moved to a fourth room. This time, we received an upgrade, but it came quite late considering all the inconvenience we had already experienced.

The breakfast was also very poor, with very little variety in the food offered

Considering the price we paid, we had higher expectations.

Perfect for our overnight!
Pros:

A fun, well-appointed hotel. We only stayed one night but would have enjoyed a second night to take advantage of hotel facilities and the surrounding area. Staff was great.
