Super Rückzugsort bei einem Frankfurtaufenthalt

Das nhow-Team war super motiviert und sehr hilfsbereit. Dies zog sich durchgehend vom CheckIn bis zu den Servicekräften in der VIP-Lounge durch. Ich kann nur empfehlen, sich das Upgrade zur Junior-Suite zu gönnen und alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels zu genießen. Die Zimmer sind zudem großartig, stylisch eingerichtet und bei etwas höheren Temperaturen macht sich die sehr gute und zurückhaltende Klimaanlage bemerkbar. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel einen sehr guten Rückzugsort im sonst teils für mich sehr stressigen Frankfurt.

Evliliğimizin 25.yılı konusunda farklı bir deneyim yaşamak istedim. Klasik bir konaklamanın ötesine geçmedi.
Pros:

Ambiyans güzeldi. Dekorasyon aynı şekilde keyifliydi.

Cons:

Lobide çalışanlar yardımcı olmadılar. Karşılama vs yetersizdi. Bizim için özel bir konaklamaydı ama bunu basit de olsa bir iki jestle özel kılmadılar.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Bedienung und Service war schnell und sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten bequem.
Der Ausblick von der Skybar war sehr gut!

Cons:

Es wäre besser gewesen wenn das Waschbecken sich im Badezimmer befunden hätte und nicht im Eingangsbereich.
Im Badezimmer gab es keine Ablageflächen, z. B. für eine Brille.

very good hotel for a perso in a wheelchair, the bathroom was very good , especially the shower.
Only thing is that they should but something less slippery.

Pros:

Location was good. Staff were helpful. Parking across the road in a secure lot ran by the hotel. You pay on check out. Breakfast buffet is pricey but has Prosecco so this made sense.

Cons:

Booking sends incorrect information. It said 24/7 room service available.This isn't the case. We got in at 1am and hadn't eaten looking to get something and the hotel had nothing available. We brought this to staff who advised bookings info was incorrect. Skybar is open to the public and has a dress code. No tracksuits which is odd if you're spending some downtime at the hotel and want to relax with a drink there.

Das Kartensystem sollte überarbeitet werden. Wie oft wir in 3 Tagen die Karten neu für gewisse Dinge freischalten mussten - ob Zimmertür / Fahrstuhl oder VIP-Lounge war nicht schön
