Super neu und schön eingerichtet!

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es leider etwas kalt. Man konnte die Klimaanlage, welche dauerhaft laufen muss, kaum verstellen.

Ich empfehle niemanden.
Pros:

ich möchte mich über einen äußerst unangemessenen Vorfall in Ihrem Hotel beschweren.

Wir haben lediglich einen sehr starken und unangenehmen Geruch reklamiert und um eine Lösung gebeten. Anstatt uns zu helfen oder eine angemessene Alternative anzubieten, teilte uns der zuständige Schichtmanager mit, dass wir das Hotel verlassen könnten.

Dass Gäste nach einer berechtigten Reklamation praktisch aus dem Hotel verwiesen werden, ist für uns inakzeptabel und höchst unprofessionell. Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt und dürfen erwarten, dass Beschwerden ernst genommen und respektvoll behandelt werden.

Ich bitte daher um eine schriftliche Stellungnahme der Hotelleitung sowie eine angemessene Erstattung bzw. Entschädigung für diesen Vorfall.

Super cooles Hotel mit perfekter Lage
Pros:

Eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich bisher war! Super cool, modern und sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich, die Betten unglaublich bequem. Außerdem gab es ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett im Zimmer.
Das ganze Hotel steht unter dem Motto „Money“ – super cool und mal etwas ganz anderes! Tolle Aussicht und eine richtig coole Rooftop-Bar.
Die Lage ist perfekt und ein Einkaufszentrum befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Wenn ich wieder in Frankfurt bin, werde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten :)

Im Flur ist ein unangenehmer Geruch.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service, modern facilities, and a very comfortable stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional, the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The location was convenient, and the facilities were outstanding, making my stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I would change. The service, facilities, and overall experience were excellent, making for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Pros:

Ich fand es super schön und ruhig in dem Zimmer. Ganz Klasse fand ich dass man schon früher ins Zimmer durfte (bei Ankunft) und nicht erst um 15 Uhr beim Check in.

Cons:

Einzige Kleinigkeit aber keine große Sache ist, ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll gewesen, einfach um seine Getränke kühl zu halten.
