Pros:

Very nice hotel, new and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The location was great for the conference I participated in but not good for seeing the city.
It was actually close to a not such great area of the city next to the train station.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gepflegt.
Die Zimmer sind originell ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück ist sehr üppig. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Die Lage zur Festhalle war für uns auch ausschlaggebend.
Die Sky-Bar sollte man unbedingt besuchen (trotz Anstehen). Cocktails und Bedienung waren ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Keine Klagen.

Sehr, sehr schönes Hotel. Am Samstag Abend sollte man nicht die Dachterrasse besuchen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Dachterrasse im 47. Stock ist ein Hingucker !!

Cons:

Wir wollten den Abend so um 22 Uhr auf der Dachterrasse ausklingen lassen. Am Nachmittag wurde uns gesagt eine Platz-Reservierung wäre nicht möglich, aber Hausgäste werden bevorzugt. Wir mussten uns in eine sehr lange Schlange - lauter Hausgäste - anstellen und ziemlich lang warten bis wir einen Platz bekamen. Dass man in einem Frankfurter Hotel keinen Apfelwein bekommt, war für mich als nicht Frankfurter kein Problem. Etwas zu Knabbern oder zu Essen wäre gut gewesen, war alles ausverkauft.

Sehr gute Lage mit einer absolut tollen Ausstattung. Die Bar war atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war erstklassig mit einer sehr großen Auswahl. Das Design der Zimmer ist bis ins Detail besonders.

Cons:

Keine funktionierende Absaugung im Bad. Dadurch unangenehm im Zimmer nach dem Duschen.
Das Empfangspersonal morgens wirkte sehr unmotiviert.

Immer gerne wieder, ist zu empfehlen
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer.
Tolles und umfangreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider beim Frühstück nicht optimal angepasst. Zu viele Gäste zusammen und dann nur eine Seite vom Büffet angerichtet.

Preis Leistung bei einem Premium Zimmer (Std Zimmer) und Frühstück nicht gut organisiert bei so vielen Leuten und 2 Kaffeemaschinen 🫣
