Been to 6 Margaritaville properties, this was without a doubt the Worst.
Pros:

Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly, along with restaurant hosts.

Cons:

Cleaning staff and bartender were horrible!!! Had to keep requesting towels, asked for toilet paper, didn’t receive, had to ask again. First margarita was good, asked for another, it took 20 minutes, came back not blend just strawberry syrup clumps and frozen iced tequila, third came same way. WTH? Next day, it took 20 minutes by the pooo to even get someone to take my order. Nothing for another 20 minutes, no drinks, nothing!!!

Pros:

Hours for lounge should be extended for pool and patio fun . Round TVs at hotels are awesome

Cons:

Understaffed. Even tho I was traveling solo I felt I didn't get as equal service as larger groups when dining and at the bar.

Overall the hotel is a good place to stay for an overnight. But bathrooms are ready for a refresh.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly. Restaurant and bar are good.

Cons:

The shower floor needs either a good cleaning or surface replacement. Bed mattress is much smaller than the box springs or base, so it sticks out to hit your legs on.
