Cons:

I accidentally left a T-shirt in my room and contacted the hotel. I was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. No follow-up and no effort to resolve a simple issue. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Pros:

Everything was at the hotel. Food, drinks casino literally next door can walk there easily. Very clean. Everyone was very friendly. They allow pets. 🥰

Our hotel room was not cleaned by housekeeping, and in fact, I was told this by one of the staff members who mentioned that they themselves attended to the room since housekeeping was not able to get to it. I do not fault this employee, who obviously did their best but rather management who was aware because they called the employee over the phone in front of me and discussed it. I have photos. The bedsheets were not tucked. They look like they had not been washed, but we rather the bedsheets from the previous day. There was water on the sink blow dryer out and hair in the sink. Please see photos below. By some miracle they were able to switch us to another room, even though that had reportedly been the last room. The fact that they handed a room like that to a customer is completely unacceptable and I will never stay again.

Everyone/ALL staff in Compass Margaritaville Medford were excellent, friendly, and had a smile on their face and MOST helpful....I said to my husband "The Compass company, HR must hire a new employe because they have happiness in their heart!!!" Our waitress was ever so much fun, happy and MOST cordial..she was sensational and I said that directly to her.My husband said we've eaten out all around the world and we both think that she was top of our list for any restaurant we have gone to....110%!!! She had a big smile on her face and was so respectful and kind. All the Compass employees were ever so kind, cordial, patient and very polite.
We'er going to stay at the Compass Margaritaville hotel one hour trip back home and whenever we derive to Portland to visit our daughter and her hubby. Our first choice hotel!!! it was sensational hotel for our first visit!!!!

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Clean, and comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Friendly Staff.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower. Not enough non restaurant out door seating space. The breakfast buffet was mid. Not being able to bring your own water or coffees to the outside seating and pool area.
