Highly recommend this road trip oasis
Pros:

Great spot for a road trip break. Clean & comfortable with a nice pool and bar area. The buffet breakfast open at 6:30 am makes it easy to get an early start.

Cons:

Sometimes it’s a little noisy & crowded with sports teams.

Cons:

Everything was great with exception of shower floor that did not have a mat or applique. It was slippery and could be a accident waiting to happen.

Mixed Feeling - Hidden Charges
Pros:

Staff were attentive and helpful , especially Michael at the front desk and Elaine in the restaurant. Swimming pool is well maintained, free and easy parking.

Cons:

The hotel gives you faux deluxe and tropical resort wanna be. But the amenities are ,at best , at best western level. Location is close to none tourist sites or city hub, some cheap neighborhood and casino are right next to it. The worst is they claim they welcome pet but will find easy excuses to charge you excessive pet cleaning fees, be careful about that.

Staff was exceptional!
Pros:

Staff was amazing! Very professional, and polite! Breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had. Everything was fresh, and the eggs were REAL!! Cool Island vibe gown to the background music. Staff had a total buy in. Well done!

Cons:

I loved everything about this place! Didn’t feel like I was in Medford!

I accidentally left a T-shirt in my room and contacted the hotel. I was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. No follow-up and no effort to resolve a simple issue. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Everything was at the hotel. Food, drinks casino literally next door can walk there easily. Very clean. Everyone was very friendly. They allow pets. 🥰
