One person in our party got stuck inside the shower - lucky they hadn't locked the bathroom door and we heard them screaming for help. The shower door mechanism was loose and could not be griped from the inside, therefore the door could not be pulled open - the mechanism just spun around. It appeared that the handle was put on backwards - you push into the shower to open the door but the full handle was on the outside, not the inside. I travel solo a lot and this would have been a devastating issue, I could have been locked inside the shower until someone found me. Maintenance fixed the issue by end of day, which was amazing but I didn't receive an apology of any kind.

Also, an alarm went off in the unit on our first day We went to the desk to advise staff and the guy working the desk was so condesending saying that was impossible, there were no alarms that would ever go off in the unit and it must have been something outside. However, when I went back into the elevator there was a sign that showed weekly fire alarm testing. I went back to him to advise him of this - and he said "well you didn't tell me what time the alarm went off" I didn't know you were talking about the fire alarm. I was like do you work here?? it's tested once per week - and I tell you on the same day of your weekly testing that we heard an alarm and your response is to treat us like we were crazy for saying we heard an alarm. The guy was so rude. Again, no apology. Just complete lack of customer service.

Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο μεν αλλά καθόλου πρακτικό. Δεν υπήρχε κάπου ακουμπήσεις τα πράγματα σου και δεν είχε καμία ίδιαιτερη παροχή. Το πρωινο μετριο. Η τοποθεσία αν και αρκετά κεντρικά το βράδυ ήταν λίγο περίεργα ιδίως αν δεν μένεις στο κεντρικό κτήριο του ξενοδοχείου. Ο κλιματισμός κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο.

La limpieza de la cocina debería ser más completa

The room was small and the sofa bed, once opened, made it impossible to walk around. Furthermore, being an aparthotel the cleaning service is not included. This in the end made the stay not valued for money.

Staff during the day were lovely and very helpful. Not so much the night shift.

Poco servizio per la pulizia dei tavoli alla colazione che sono pochi per il numero di camere della struttura. Devono fare manutenzione ai rubinetti della doccia che sono così duri da girare da risultare impossibile da manovrare a mani bagnate.

Dimensioni davvero contenute. In tre al massimo ti ci accampi una notte.

Creemos que la limpieza debería ser más a menudo no cada semana y en los apartamentos una escoba y un recogedor por lo menos iría bien si la limpieza es cada semana.
