Wonderful
Pros:

Everyone on property were very friendly. The property was easy to find and 5 mins walk from the subway. Also, the hotel is near to restaurants and supermarket. The room, the bathroom and the bed were clean. Overall, a very nice stay and I would come back again.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more variety & the bed is close to the doors so I could hear other guests sometime and woke me up at night.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy. Komfortowy pokój, dość duża łazienka. Sprzątanie na życzenie. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Śniadanie całkiem dobre jak na standardy amerykańskie ale nadal nie jest to standard europejski. Brakowało mi więcej różnorodnych dań z jajek. Było cos ala jajecznica ale to bylo slabe i tylko 2 razy jajko na twardo w ciągu 11 dni. Na plus: codziennie owoce, warzywa z wody, jogurt.

Highly recommend this property.
Pros:

was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, and our room had a spacious bathroom that made getting ready easy.

The highlight was the amazing view of the Statue of Liberty right from our room.

A nor’easter forced us to leave early, and the hotel worked closely with Booking to refund our last night. Their communication was excellent and made the situation completely stress‑free.

Cons:

Room was small but for NY this is to be expected. (We had the 2 beds in the room)

Es war für das Geld ok. Ich würde dort aber nicht Nichteinhaltung hinfahren.

Es war sauber . Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück waren ok. Mehr nicht. Die Gegend bietet wenig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am Abend war der Weg von der Subway nicht angenehm zu gehen.

The price was very, very high for how small the room was. But understandably so as it is new york. The room was also dirtier than we were expecting. The headboard was dirty as well as the floor. For almost $500/night we had higher expectations

Pros:

Excellent accueil, propreté, très bien situé car proche de la ligne R qui vous mène presque partout.
Quartier familial et convivial. À pied en montant sur la 5th avenue faites le plein de fruits et légumes dans les épiceries latinas, un endroit où l'on peut bien se nourrir ce n'est pas si fréquent à New York.

Would never stay again

Cons:

At check in, the desk clerk had no idea what was going on. The parking situation is sketchy. The room is absolutely tiny. You can hardly walk in it at all- no space hardly in between the beds. Staying with a baby, the room became a fire code violation once the pack and play was set up. Everyone was cranky due to the lack of space. I would not even stay here if i was alone, let alone with any other guests. The beds are not even full size. My less than 6ft husband had his feet hanging off of the bed. It felt like a child’s bed. The mattresses felt inflatable. The “body wash” felt like cheap hand soap. The shampoo was like lotion- no suds. The air conditioning only worked at certain times it felt like. We kept it on when we left and when we came back hours later it was so hot in the room, yet the a/c was set to 64. Turned it off and turned it back on and then it was fine. Same thing happened overnight. It’s right next to an auto body shop so there’s a lot of traffic coming in and out and damaged parked vehicles lining the street. Only a few spaces in the front to park to check in, so unless you get dropped off you have to park blocks away to even check in. We walked to the gas station across the street and there were some very obviously sketchy people looking for trouble.
