Hello good morning I was come to Istanbul, to that hotel. I left the hotel on that night because that hurt. It’s very dirty and for people in one room and also the room is very dirty and no help our in that hotel it’s very dirty

This property has a great breakfast. There was an excellent attendant at the reception but the other 2 were really bad. There is not much to say. Everything in Istanbul is a kind of "i dont care". They dont need to be really efficient. Doesn't matter what i write here. Nobody cares anyway.
Lo mejor es su ubicación, pero hace falta manetenimieto. Las cortinas y las paredes estaban sucias, me parecio extraño porque nos hemos alojando en varias ocasiones y no me habia tocado ese detalle.
Ich habe versehentlich das falsche Hotel gebucht obwohl ich dem Personal klar gemacht hatte das ich nicht mit 4 fremden in einem Zimmer schlafen möchte. Mir wurde weder entgegen gekommen oder sonst was. Nach dem ich mehrmals um Hilfe gebeten hatte wurde micr nicht geholfen und dazu wurde ich unfreundlich behandelt. Ich bin mir sicher wenn ich eine Frau wäre das das Personal mir da geholfen hätte. Ich denke nicht das die das zugelassen hätten eine Frau mit 4 fremden in einem Zimmer zuschlafen ich habe stundenlang um Hilfe gebeten. Ich wurde ignoriert und sehr unfreundlich behandelt es wurde auch dunkel und ich hatte Koffer und Gepäck bei mir nicht jeder hat viel Geld und kann sich noch mal eine Unterkunft buchen . Ich wär sehr dankbar das Expedia mir da entgegen gekommen würde danke
The place is very nice clean and safe but the stuff is not very friendly
Personnel horrible. Je ne recommande pas. Le lait servi lors d'un petit déjeuner était tourné. On a été les seuls a nous en appercevoir et le signaler. Le personnel a goûté pour vérifier et ont tout enlevé lorsqu'ils ont vu qu'on disait la vérité. Les clients qui avaient déjà bu n'ont pas été prévenus du risque de tourista. Personnel et chambres horribles.

No private mirrors or sinks anywhere at all to use, which was inconvenient. The person at the restaurant was a bit rude and unprofessional when I asked for water. The enviroment overall was not relaxing.

Unfortunately couldn’t complete my entire stay due to cancellation by hotel side after I spend one night in hotel , hotel guaranteed to get refund ( still waiting the money)
Unfortunately the hotel staff didn’t give me the chance to speak to the manger and claimed the manger is on vacation
They put all the blame on me for being in the room while the cleaning lady wanted to clean the Room
Too bad i came back to hotel late at night that day to see all my belongings was packed without my permission and I couldn’t stay in hotel even though i still have 6 night left to stay

Even though before this time i stayed two weeks i had no problem
But apparently after i extended my stays not everyone is happy about it
The staff was very helpfull and accomodating, helped me during early check inn. The food/breakfast was amasing. Ans the accomodation was pretty normal, what you would expect from a hostel. Location is good, in a few minutes you are at taksim or galata tower. Overall, a good experience, i would repeat it

Decent place to stay, hipster interior. Close to the centre but noisy from a traffic. Have your ear plugs at the ready.
Good breakfast but after a few days it gets a bit samey.
Family room is cramped, not enough hanging options for towels and clothes/jackets..
Cleaners need to hold back on constantly knocking on doors.
They couldn't wait to get into our room on checkout out!
It was perfect. Great value for money, really well decorated and maintained, very clean, breakfast lovely and the team really helpful.
Only negative was the rooftop was closed throughout as was deemed dangerous which was a shame as imagine the views were great!
Location is fantastic just down the road from Shishane bus stop and metro and easy links to everywhere.
