Bathroom very small.
Das gesamte Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sauber und von der Ausstattung ansprechend. Es gibt bis spät abends warmes und leckeres Essen!
Wir waren sieben Nächte da und es gab nicht ein einziges Regal um Kleidung liegend zu lagern. Wir lebten also aus den Koffern. Hängemöglichkeiten sind genug vorhanden.
Cool place with very friendly staff and comfortable bed. It was very reasonable and perfect for a night stop over.

The hotel was very modern and clean looking. The room was very basic, but there was nothing more we needed. I really liked the light under the bed that turned on when it detected motion - really useful if needing to get up in the night!
The best part was breakfast for me though! As a newly diagnosed coeliac, I was a bit unsure there would be much for me to choose from, but was pleasantly surprised! Obviously being the first hotel I've stayed at since going gluten free, I don't know if this is standard that I just haven't noticed before, but there was gluten free cereal available, all the food on the hot buffet had allergy labels (the sausages were gluten free so didn't need to order specially) and, they also had gluten free bread and a toaster only for the gluten free bread! Also, that toast was the best I've had so far - if you could please tell me what gluten free bread you get please??
The bathroom was very small, not very much floor space which I can imagine some people would not like - it was fine for us, but was a shock at how tiny it was!

Everything was great way better than I expected. Will definitely be staying here when I’m back in Bristol. Staff were lovely too and had no problems with anything.
Short walk from Cabbot Circus and you also get discounted parking when you stay which was a great touch! Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. Will 100% stay again!!
Kamer was netjes en schoon. Heel vriendelijk persooneel bij het inchecken en aan de bar. Prima keuze voor het ontbijt en in de avond om een hapje te eten.
Indeling van de ingang was wat apart ingericht.
