Overall okay. There was bird mess all over the bedroom window. There was no drawers for underwear
Pros:

The food Quality and taste of hot food did not meet my expectations. The eggs were tasted overcooked like rubber no flavor. Sausage was okay bacon was bland no taste. The pastries were nice.

Cons:

The cooked hot food was poor quality in my opinion . I didn't like the lack of storage in the bedroom and no where to put things . So the room looked messy with clothes hanging and there was bird poo all over the window. Also I said it was a Anniversary stay and nothing was said or done to make it any special.

Pros:

The bedroom was very clean and well laid out.

Cons:

The room was incredibly noisy as it was on a main road. I did open my window but paid the price for the noise.
Fortunately I am a good sleeper.
I understand if you have to pay an additional charge for a dog to stay but I don't like being told on check in. I would rather have been notified beforehand. I did not care for having to park in a huge car park opposite, not great if you have lots of luggage (which I didn't) and of course there was a charge for this too.
The satnav sent me to the wrong place and I should have been told when I phoned to reconfirm the booking.
The staff were friendly but it was just not for me.

Pros:

all was good - especially the soundproof! Although the windows faced a busy road, the room was very quiet.
Plus. Very clean, very nice and helpful staff.

Ambiance très conviviale et lieu branché. Particulièrement propre et accueillant. Personnel adorable, Je recommande!
Pros:

Le personnel était particulièrement « friendly ». Tout était très propre. L’hôtel est très tendance et il y fait bon vivre. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il y avait un panneau mentionnant la possibilité de demander d’autres options véganes ou végétariennes. Super 👍🏻
L’hôtel se situe à 10 minutes à pieds de la station de bus « bus&coach station » qui mène à l’aéroport de Bristol en 40 minutes. De plus l’hôtel se trouve à côté du centre commercial « Cabot Circus », parfait pour y prendre le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le lit était trop petit pour deux personnes.

Very clean and conveniently located hotel. Good vibes in the social space!
Pros:

Great location, close to Cabot Circus and around 15 minutes walk into the city centre. Great social area down in reception wth a bar, pool table, games and a Photo Booth. Staff were friendly! Check in and check out was quick. The room was spacious and clean. The shower products smelt amazing.

Cons:

No drawers or wardrobe in the room to store things so all your stuff is out on display all the time which I personally don’t like.

Great value to be in central location for overnight stay
Pros:

Hotel has great relaxed, modern vibe. Plenty of entertainment downstairs. Rooms well presented & had everything needed for one night stop over. Close proximity to shore and theatre which we needed. Good value car parking nearby - make sure you get ticket validated at hotel for discount!

Cons:

Brekkie was very basic and could do with some improvement e.g more choices. Evening dinner options were ok but again just reheated, pre-prepared meals.

Great stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, lovely design, extremely clean and smells great! Excellent budget option.

Cons:

Extremely warm building, noise from main road, and the bed was slightly uncomfortable.
