Vista a Mérida
Pros:

Evidentemente la ubicación es excelente. La habitación, cama, ducha muy buenas. El desayuno lo ofrecen en el café de al lado, pero muy bueno también.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, el estacionamiento no se encuentra en la misma ubicación del hotel. Aunque ofrecen que se cierra en la noche, al principio que llegamos estaba tan vacío que estacioné en la calle y luego si lo dejamos en la noche y habían más vehículos.

Buen hotel!
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias, modernas, camas grandes y cómodas. La ubicación es muy buena. Abajo hay un café y un restaurante, muy buena zona.

Cons:

esta un poco flojo en limpieza. Se nota especialmente en el baño.

Not recommended, reality not really meets with the photos on the website.
Pros:

Near to downtown.
On the smart tv you can use streaming apps.

Cons:

Bathroom glass surfaces were dirty, no hand towel, no storage for handsoap at the sink, no equipment to clean the toilet. Also there were old stains on the towels and on the sheet as well.
At the reception there was absolutely no one who spoke proper english, communicating with the staff was difficult!

Buen hotel en general
Pros:

La ubicación, sin duda perfecta, y la cama y sábanas, muy buenas. También nos dieron shampoo, acondicionador y crema hidratante. Muy bien wifi también, trabajé con videollamada sin ningún problema con un grupo entero.

Cons:

Arreglar el olor del baño, agregar al menos un aromatizante. Tampoco pusieron toallas adicionales, solo para el cuerpo.

me gusto la ubicacion y el tamaño de la habitacion

Cons:

2 dias me bañe con agua algo tibia y el ultimo dia solo salio agua fria, se descompuso la caja fuerte y no habia gente de mantenimeinto para revisarla por lo que no autorice limpieza ningun dia que me hospede ahi para evitar cualquier situacion con mis pertenencias.

Bien, pero el servicio no al nivel y con detalles

La ubicación, las habitaciones y la limpieza

Cons:

No tuvimos desayuno y tampoco me preguntaron si lo quería o si lo tenia. Mucho ruido desde muy temprano, la alberca sucia (aunque no era el fin usarla), el estacionamiento complicado de llegar y tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle trasera del hotel y lo peor fue el proceso para facturar, tardaron varios días en enviarme esta y tuve que mandar mas de 3 correos y marcar en una ocasión.

Que estaba en la calle principal

No tenía servicio de restaurante, no tiene puerta para entrar al hotel, con lo cual cualquier persona de la calle puede llegar frente a tu puerta.

El personal muchas veces ausente.
