Buen hotel para visitar y disfrutar Mérida
Pros:

La ubicación, la relación precio calidad, las camas estaban cómodas, el tamaño de la habitación esta muy bien.

Cons:

No servia el extractor de aire del baño y salían olores fuertes del desagüe de la regadera si se olvida de colocar el tapón del mismo.

mas limpieza en la regadera; el estacionamiento parecía basurero, muy olvidado, de noche da miedo y no hay vigilancia pues esta a dos cuadras del hotel.

Sporco, disorganizzazione e zero serietà. Da evitare.

Esperienza pessima.

Dopo il check-in (già pagato), troviamo lenzuola con evidenti macchie marroni: condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. Chiediamo di cambiarle, ma ci viene detto che non hanno né personale né lenzuola pulite. Ci spostano in un’altra camera… stessa identica situazione.

A quel punto ci invitano ad andare in un altro hotel (a nostre spese), promettendo un rimborso mai arrivato. Il giorno dopo negano tutto, senza nemmeno guardarci in faccia, dimostrando una totale mancanza di professionalità e rispetto. Dopo un mese, nessuna risposta.

Assistenza di Booking completamente inutile: nessun supporto concreto e nessuna soluzione proposta.

Sporco, disorganizzazione e zero serietà. Da evitare.

No tuvimos agua caliente. Informamos al personal pero no lo chequearon y justificaron mal. Debieron gestionarlo correctamente al momento del aviso para podernos bañar como se espera en un hotel.

Sin agua caliente en regadera y moho en las juntas del baño

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación

Cons:

Jamás hubo agua caliente en la regadera para bañarse, solo había agua ligeramente tibia, lo reporte y dijeron que lo arreglarían, este mismo problema me pasó en kavia premium por eso ya no me quise quedar ahí. En la regadera había moho en las juntas, no lo limpian bien, falta de limpieza efectiva y falta de ventilación ya que no sirve el extractor del baño. no había café, lo pedí y nunca me lo dieron pese a qué lo solicite .. relación costo beneficio es muy caro para lo que experimente.
