Pros:

L'emplacement était bien. En voiture on était proche de tout ce qu'on souhaitait faire. Le lit était confortable.

Cons:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les draps n’avaient pas été changés, mais simplement remis en place, et il y avait de nombreux poils noirs sous les couvertures. Lorsque nous sommes allés le signaler, la seule personne présente est allée chercher des draps propres dans la chambre la plus proche, ce qui laisse penser qu’il n’y avait pas de draps de rechange disponibles. Nous avons même aider à les installer.
L’employée nous a indiqué qu’elle essaierait de faire un geste pour compenser ce désagrément, mais nous n’avons finalement rien reçu. De plus, le lendemain, lorsque nous sommes revenus dans la chambre, le sol était sale et poussiéreux, comme si quelqu’un était entré dans la pièce avec des chaussures sales.
Nous avons été déçus par cette expérience.

Mooi nieuw hotel nabij Mont Tremblant
Pros:

Prachtig hotel wat nog bijna helemaal nieuw lijkt. Het ligt prachtig aan het water. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Ook de douche is modern en comfortabel. Parkeren kan direct naast het hotel.

Cons:

Het beddengoed is te kort. Ik had een king size bed, maar het beddek kwam maar tot 2/3. Heel vreemd..

Strongly Recommend for families
Pros:

The location is as the pictures suggest. Very beautiful. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and everything worked as expected. It is also conveniently located just a few minutes from the village and the slopes. There is a convenient store just a few minute walk which we found to be very convenient.

Cons:

I wish the hottub was hotter. We went in March so it was cold. While the hotel was hot, I would not call it hot tub hot. The igloos are a nice touch, but could be better maintained. Lastly, I do not understand why one of the bathroom/toilet inside the bedroom does not have a door.
