Cons:

Nous avons séjournés 2 nuits dans l'établissement, le ménage était partiel entre les 2 jours. Dommage pour un hotel 4 étoiles.

Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse et très propre. Bon service à la clientèle.

Cons:

Pas très bien insonorisé au niveau du corridor, nous entendions les gens circuler et parler. Il s’agit du seul inconvénient, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée.

Nice hotel, very clean and well located for skiing at Tremblant. but a bit pricy
Pros:

The Condo was very clean and very well equiped. New and modern.

Cons:

We booked a Condo for 3. We were aware that the 3rd bed was sofa bed in the living room, but we expected it to be finished upon arrival. We needed to do the bedding by ourselves though.
Breakfast is only abailable Friday-Sunday

It's excellent place, reasonably priced, clean, modern, convenient, and comfortable.
Pros:

I was there for skiing at Mont Tremblant. Chateau Morritt is located 10 min drive away, very convenient. Mont Tremblant town is not far either.
Excellent place. I'm definitely going back. The only reason I don't give 10 rank is the confusion with my booking.

Cons:

My booking appeared to be cancelled by hotel staff. That added some very unpleasant moments while the staff of duty were looking for some solution; finally we were placed in the smaller unit for one night, and moved to the one we ordered for the rest of the stay.
I thing some organizational skills to be improved. Still, the existing staff do whatever they could to resolve the situation.

Je vais y retourner... mais plus longtemps!
Pros:

C'est ma 3e fois, j'adore l'endroit! Bien situé et à proximité de la piste cyclable et restos, tout ce fait à pied ou en vélo. Plage directement à l'hôtel avec chaises, tables de piquenique, matériel nautique, spa et foyer extérieur. Endroit très tranquille.

Pros:

环境、房间、服务及卫生都很不错，距酒店几百米的地方还有一个很好的超市，有丰富的食品和基本生活用品的选择。我们在这儿住了两晚，很满意！

Cons:

入住时酒店从信用卡扣了我300加币的押金（预授权），为什么到今天还没退还（解除预授权）？？？ 这点与我在酒店前台办理退房手续时前台工作人员给的1~2天内就退还的承诺完全不一致，严重影响了贵店的诚信度，让人非常不理解。
