Very good
Pros:

The location was awesome since there was a huge and gorgeous central park. It's also a great starting point for visiting Gwangju and nearby national parks (by car). The parking under the hotel was great.

Cons:

The breakfast is heavily focused on korean customers, so as foreigners, we had a really hard time. Staff were helpful even in the face of a language barrier.
