Absolutely fantastic!
Pros:

Phenomenal experience here at Sala Grand! I booked the Pacific Ocean Double with balcony, the room was enormous, huge bed, beautiful bathroom, ocean view was amazing!
So many details have gone into this room, from the 3 mirrors, wardrobe, shelving and the multiple lighting options, this room really felt like a luxurious stay! There are 3 elevators that are all very fast.
The restaurant was gigantic and the breakfasts had so much variety! The rooftop pool was always clean, lifeguard on duty, and the bar/restaurant at the top floor was great - the food and drinks were delicious.
Room service is available from 6am - 9:30pm, and seeing this was the end to a 5 week long solo trip, I used this service each night I stayed. Lâm really made my stay that much better, he was polite, kind, quick to get things organised for me and it was an absolute pleasure to be looked after by him during my stay!
There is a restaurant and beach club right on the beachfront which is fantastic, the food and drinks there were great too.
Absolutely a must stay if you’re planning to visit Tuy Hoa! I’m from New Zealand and this was definitely my favourite stay in Vietnam. Quiet, little to no other westerners, a great place to rewind / reset!

Cons:

The only small negative I encountered was the pool at the beach club was constantly dirty. A lot of dead dragonflies / dragonfly wings and small bits of plastic were floating in the pool. I completely understand they can’t help the insects from flying in, but considering the amount of staff working I was surprised it wasn’t being cleaned throughout the day / days I was there. I used the pool twice and then only used the rooftop pool of the hotel as it was always clean.
I also had about 1.5-2kg of laundry done and it cost 500k, very shocked by this at checkout as everywhere else I stayed was 50k per kilo. I asked the receptionist about it but he didn’t quite understand what I meant. Perhaps just the price you pay at a nice hotel.

1 KS tuyệt vời, đáng nghỉ ở Phú Yên
Pros:

Ks sát bờ biển, cũng gần trung tâm nên đi lại ăn uống đều tiện.
Nv ks rất lễ phép, thân thiện, từ nv lễ tân, bảo vệ, dọn phòng đều chào khách rất lễ phép. Đây là điều mình thích nhất.
Bữa sáng đồ ăn khá phong phú.

1 số thiết bị trong phòng hơi xuống cấp (nước trong wc và bồn cầu yếu)

I would LOVE to go back, already recommended to 2 of my best friends coming next weeks.
Pros:

Everything!! Warm greetings even from bellman and security, staffs took really good care of me and my family. The room is spacious and the view was even better than i expected. Great location also, you can cross the street and enjoy some coffee at the coffee shop on the beach.

Cons:

Didnt have any major inconvenience.
