Pros:

Die Lage zur Messe war gut.

Cons:

Der Aufzug des Hotels war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes kaputt, die Klimaanlage hat jede Nacht extremen Lärm gemacht, obwohl wir sie ausgeschaltet hatten. An der Rezeption wurden wir damit leider gar nicht ernst genommen und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das normal wäre. Was absolut nicht sein kann, da die Lautstärke wirklich extrem war. Wir hatten uns mit ca. 5 weiteren Personen unterhalten, die exakt dasselbe Problem hatten. Unser Zimmer war leider auch unsauber. Der Service war schlechter und unsympathisch. Das Frühstück hatte sehr wenig Auswahl, kaum vegetarisch, nur Sojamilch, keine Hafermilch und einiges der angebotenen Speisen wurde 3 Tage hintereinander in den gleichen Schüsseln angeboten, dem Salat sah man jeden Tag an, dass er bereits einen Tag zuvor dort lag. Parkplätze waren leider auch viel zu wenig vorhanden.

Pros:

Zimmer selbst war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Frühstück war für meine Erwartungen ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Bad war schmutzig, an den Fensterbänken sammelte sich eine Mischung aus Staub und Schimmel. Der Duschvorhang war am Rand unten total braun und gammelig. Unterhalb der Klimaanlage befand sich ein Ausgleichsbehälter wo sich das (vermute) Kondenswasser sammelte. Obwohl die Klimaanlage ausgeschalten war, tropfte es trotzdem in diesen Behälter, leider aber so schnell, dass sich der Schwimmer die ganze Nacht jede Stunde auslöste und das Wasser (ca. 10 Sekunden lang) abgesaugt wurde. Dies klang ungefähr so, als ob der Kaffeeautomat Wasser pumpte. Nach der ersten Nacht habe ich es an der Rezeption gemeldet, wo auch direkt ein zweites Paar das gleiche Problem gemeldet hat. Die Rezeptionistin meinte, dass sei normal aber sie rufe einen Techniker. Dieser war offenbar auch da. In der zweiten Nacht war es dann erträglicher.

Kein Personal beim einchecken vor Ort.
Sehr lange Wartezeit ( über 5 Minuten) um bei der Telefonnotfallnummer den Code für die Schlüsselentnahme zu erhalten.

Da ich nicht sitzen kann haben sie mir ein Tischchen aufgestellt wo ich stehen kann und nicht so weit runter bücken muss 👍

Comfortable stay with good breakfast
Pros:

We liked the location. We wanted to go to zoo Augsburg its located very close to this. Street parking is available right infront of the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional

Cons:

Rooms could have been more cleaner. We found a lot of dust in the room.
