Excelente atención del personal pero nos cobraron un valor diferente al reservado por booking.
Que nos cobrarán extra, solicité una habitación por booking matrimonial, en la mañana del mismo día, el alojamiento me avisa a través de mensaje por booking, que no está disponible la habitación que reserve, pero si otra habitación en la que debo pagar un extra adicional……., además al momento del check out me estaban cobrando $15.000 por estacionamiento, reclame ya que no utilice este servicio.
También su ubicación, no me gustó, no queda cerca de ningún ascensor de Valparaíso y si se viene del centro o terminal caminando hay que subir una escalera enorme, oscura e insegura sobre todo de noche ya que varios chicos se juntan a beber.
En el desayuno, que estuvo muy bien, reemplazar la margarina por mantequilla.
Tiene una buena localización. El hotel tiene un jardín muy bonito y mantenido, la atención es excelente, todos los trabajadores con los que interactuamos fueron muy simpáticos y profesionales. La habitación muy completa y cómoda.
El estacionamiento se paga extra.
Podría quedar más claro que el estacionamiento tiene un costo extra a la estancia.
We were absolutely overwhelmed by the amazing experience here! Not only is La Flora perfectly situated for city explorations by foot, the place is an amazing garden full of fruits, flowers and vegetables that stand in stark contrast to the (also charming) industrial flair of the city. It’s a fairly small hotel so it feels quite intimate. The owners are some amazing people and everyone goes to great lengths to help out with all issues arising. They offer laundry service, advice on restaurants and excursions, fun conversations and they even have a few little parking spots available when asked before arrival (which is amazing given the dense city center and challenging topography of Valparaiso).
Everything from the check-in process to the very early breakfast they offered due to our early departure felt very warm and personal. If you are looking for a genuinly nice human experience, this is the place to stay.
The room we had was clean and cozy - the bathroom one of the best we had on our trip in South America with high quality appliances. For breakfast they offer an ever changing variety of foods, some of which are selfmade from fruits and vegetables grown in the garden (chili-infused marmelade!).
Its’s quite palpable, how much effort and love the owners and the employees put into this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough!

Chambre avec( petite )vue un peu petite. Certaines chambres sans vue dans une extension semblent plus confortables.

Super localisation, à proximité immédiate des Cerros touristiques. L’hôtel jouit d’une superbe vue sur le port.
Le personnel est aux petits petits soins, l’accueil dans l’hôtel est chaleureux et des rafraîchissement sont proposés.
Les petits déjeuner sont simples mais d’excellentes qualité.
La douche est un peu étroite et le pommeau ne tenait pas dans l’attache prévue pour.
Very special stay in this fantastically well situated hotel. The warmest of welcomes with lots of information including fabulous recommendations and a suggested walking route to see the best of the city.
Food was excellent throughout with delicious home baking a feature.
Location was perfect and quiet and secure for sleeping well whilst securing the city. Loved the gifts including the smart water bottle!

The driving and parking are challenging but you can request a transfer from the Santiago airport.
