Die Unterkunft strahlt eine familiäre Atmosphäre aus. Sehr gemütliche Lobby, tolles Personal, es ist eine Oase mitten im Valparaiso
L'emplacement est idéal pour partir à la découverte de Valparaiso et l'hôtel est charmant. Les hôtes ont tout fait pour que le séjour soit agréable (nombreuses petites attentions, conseils de visite...). Je recommande vivement !
Lo mejor del hotel lejos fue la atención. Tanto la chica que nos recibió (Samira) como los dueños del establecimientos con quienes estuvimos conversando durante el segundo día fueron excepcionalmente calidos y atentos. El establecimiento es grande y espacioso, muy bonito por dentro. Nuestra habitación era bonita, con excelentes vistas del mar y una cama cómoda y limpia. El desayuno muy rico también, además de variado.
Además cuando ya nuestro hospedaje había terminado, nos permitieron dejar el auto allí para nuestra mayor comodidad y luego lo fuimos a buscar en la tarde, en donde fue el dueño quien nos ayudó a sacarlo, la atención y dedicación 10/10.
Todo nos gustó mucho, pero si consideramos que el precio puede llegar a ser un poco elevado... fuera de eso todo perfecto. Muchas gracias por la estadía!

The garden was very pretty, the birds (including colibri) loved it too.
The overall design was very unique, featuring hand-made wooden furniture and details.
The staff was very friendly and helpful (thanks for helping me park the car).
The breakfast was tasty and varied.
What we liked the most was the personalized experience and direct communication with the staff.
The shower made the whole bathroom very humid, however, it could be fixed by drying the floor and opening the door to ventilate.
The hotel has a lot of character and charm. The gardens are lovely and a good view over the port. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect in the touristy are that is the nicest part of town. It’s a boutique hotel geared for relaxing so there is no TV in the room - we were pleased by this but some would not be.
Security is important in Valparaiso so the secure car park was a relief for us during our stay.

El jardín por lejos lo que más me gustó, tiene un paisajismo precioso, lleno de verdes, flores, colibríes..una maravilla. El desayuno también delicioso, mermeladas y queques deliciosos hechos por la dueña , ambos un amor y el personal también. La habitación precisa, con hermosa vista, rica ducha, estufa. Todo excelente!

Excelente atención del personal pero nos cobraron un valor diferente al reservado por booking.
Que nos cobrarán extra, solicité una habitación por booking matrimonial, en la mañana del mismo día, el alojamiento me avisa a través de mensaje por booking, que no está disponible la habitación que reserve, pero si otra habitación en la que debo pagar un extra adicional……., además al momento del check out me estaban cobrando $15.000 por estacionamiento, reclame ya que no utilice este servicio.
También su ubicación, no me gustó, no queda cerca de ningún ascensor de Valparaíso y si se viene del centro o terminal caminando hay que subir una escalera enorme, oscura e insegura sobre todo de noche ya que varios chicos se juntan a beber.
En el desayuno, que estuvo muy bien, reemplazar la margarina por mantequilla.
Tiene una buena localización. El hotel tiene un jardín muy bonito y mantenido, la atención es excelente, todos los trabajadores con los que interactuamos fueron muy simpáticos y profesionales. La habitación muy completa y cómoda.
El estacionamiento se paga extra.
Podría quedar más claro que el estacionamiento tiene un costo extra a la estancia.
We were absolutely overwhelmed by the amazing experience here! Not only is La Flora perfectly situated for city explorations by foot, the place is an amazing garden full of fruits, flowers and vegetables that stand in stark contrast to the (also charming) industrial flair of the city. It’s a fairly small hotel so it feels quite intimate. The owners are some amazing people and everyone goes to great lengths to help out with all issues arising. They offer laundry service, advice on restaurants and excursions, fun conversations and they even have a few little parking spots available when asked before arrival (which is amazing given the dense city center and challenging topography of Valparaiso).
Everything from the check-in process to the very early breakfast they offered due to our early departure felt very warm and personal. If you are looking for a genuinly nice human experience, this is the place to stay.
The room we had was clean and cozy - the bathroom one of the best we had on our trip in South America with high quality appliances. For breakfast they offer an ever changing variety of foods, some of which are selfmade from fruits and vegetables grown in the garden (chili-infused marmelade!).
Its’s quite palpable, how much effort and love the owners and the employees put into this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough!
