Fantastic location lots of eating options very clean hotel and helpful staff. This is our second year.

Very comfi, well located near Takadanobaba JR station. all that I needed for a short stay. Staff well trained and very helpful.

Cons:

I stayed in other places in Tokyo during this trip and I felt the value for money here was a little less than other places. The accomodation is great, don't get me wrong, I just feel I got more bang for my buck in other hotels in Toyko than this one. But otherwise it was a comfortable stay, no other issues!

Great stay with access to Tokyo sights
Pros:

Love the location and room! This is a great option where you’re just one or 2 stops from a lot of great sights at Shinjuku, Shibuya and shopping in Harajuku. I love how close the subway station was.

Cons:

Not a ding on the hotel- it is in a big city, but the room was tiny. It was very challenging to move around for just 2 people and 2 large suitcases.
