Great functional hotel
Pros:

Queen bed room was very small but functional. Great tub, free bath powders and skin care supplies. Hotel very close to everything, Takadanobaba train station is literally across the street. Only 3 laundry machines so you may have to check frequently, but the staff can collect others' clothes from the machines if they don't come back for them. I had to ask for this and they came right up with me. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Cons:

Room very small, basically just enough space to walk around the bed. Only 3 washing machines, someone left their clothes for over an hour after finishing so I had to ask the staff to remove them from the machine. The sign they post to alert the previous user was on another machine already so this seems to happen often.

Very close to the train station, which is very helpful
Pros:

The location was great, right by the JR station which made going out in the morning an easy start, and even better coming back after 10K steps in the evening just a quick 3 minute walk back to the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms are relatively small, but that is to be expected with most hotels in Japan and breakfast was just okay.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The location was across the street from the Takadanobaba train station

Cons:

The room was adequate. The buffet breakfast had many choices.

I really love the location, the cleanliness, the wonderful and attentive staff, and the delicious breakfast. I also appreciate the excellent selection of complimentary toiletries, skincare products, and bathroom amenities provided for guests. Its excellent stay, perfect location, easy access to everything and Yamanote line
Pros:

Hotel is amazing, location is perfect, its just minute from metro stations, shopping mall, Donki, convenience stores. Love this place, it is our 2nd time in Tokyo and 2nd time in this hotel! Perfect location for reasonable price! if you want to be close to all in city its perfect location

there could be more washing machines, because there are a lot of rooms and only 3 washing machines
