Découverte de Tokyo
Pros:

L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont conformes aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal à côté du métro et du JR.
L’hôtel est décoré avec goût et le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite, et le lit est contre un mur.

we will return because the good outweigh the can-be-improved conditions
Pros:

1) proximity to the takadanobaba station -super excellent
2) staff cheerfulness and helpfulness
3) good quality amenities

Cons:

1) room is dusty and my daughter developed rashes on her body (she has sensitive skin)
2) a shower cubicle is preferred over the bathtub in view of safety, unfriendly to aging tourists like me and my husband
3) we stayed for a week and wished the daily breakfast spread change, it was good and tasty but everyday the same menu (alternating around 3 to 4 dishes) makes it less appetising, could do with more cut fruits and variety of bakery that Japan is so good with!

a very nice modern clean hotel in a perfect location that wasnt full of people
Pros:

- clean hotel and room

Cons:

not so much didnt like but things that were just alright
- room size (but typical for location)

How a hotel experience should be
Pros:

Amazing location, barely a 60 second walk from Takadanobaba station which is on the Yamanote line. The area itself is super lively and busy, plenty of food options around. You don't need to find your way into Shibuya or Shinjuku to get a feed.
The breakfast was quite good, with some alternating options each morning. Staff are super friendly and helped us self check-in and exchange some notes for coins to use at the laundry. Rooms were clean and didn't feel dated or like they had been patched up for years. This is where the bar should be set for mid-range hotels.

A hotel option for my next Japan visit
Pros:

Location to train station which is less than 5 mins and hotel amenities like toiletries. Rooms seem new. Hotel staff was helpful on some occasions. Eateries everywhere around hotel especially Delifrance

Cons:

Room size and registration which is strictly at 3pm. Automated counters will not let you register before 3pm. Automated counter couldn’t find reservation until a hotel staff gave a QR code that allowed check in.

Pros:

The location is very good, u can find near almost everything 7 eleven, good coffe, mega don quijote store.. station the led to everywhere in reasonable time.

Cons:

Room is too small، i felt i was on a box. Facilites available fully but its self service even towels.
It is practical hotel , not cheap though.

Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu, panie w recepcji wszystko ładnie wytłumaczyły. Pokój czysty, niczego nie brakowało. Bardzo blisko stacji metra i sklepów pierwszej potrzeby.
