La ubicación
Great location, easy access to everything I need in Tokyo. Don Kihote next door, JR station opposite, all the nightlife of Takadanobaba at your doorstep. Good times.
The price is a bit steeper than I wish it were.

Everything
Good location and lots of free amenities, like face masks, bath salts, etc.
Beds were comfortable, room was clean, reception area was very nice, too.
For starters breakfast was just terrible, like so bad that even though we’d paid for it , we opted for not eating there on the second day.
Do not recommend paying for breakfast there, lots of options around.
Staff has very limited English.
Had issues with night supervisor when I paid to do laundry ( wash & dry) and it didn’t dry. He wanted me to pay more to dry the clothes and I put my foot down , all via translator, which made it that more stressful, in the end he took our clothes to dry in the hotel dryer .
When I picked it up in the morning half of our stuff was still damp, I decided to pay to dry a bit more in the paid machines to avoid more stress.
Room was tiny, like our luggage wouldn’t pass though the space between the bed and the wall. We had to lift it to be able to lay it on the couch.
Wouldn’t stay again.
It’s Tokyo so no surprise the room was small. Great location wise. But issue with the toilet - it smelled very bad. I think other reviewers have said same.
Location is good
Nil
Location was great, close enough to walk into Shinjuku and close to restaurants and subway acoss the street from the hotel. Convenience stores, restaurants all at your door step. Laundry facilities and ammenities were great.
The room was comfortable, and the bed was cosy. The room included a smart TV, so we could stream and cast. There were complimentary bits and bobs on the ground floor by the elevator - hair ties, tea bags, toothbrushes etc. which was a nice touch.
We had dinner at the restaurant one night, and the food was really good.
Location is very convenient, being across from Takadanobaba station, which includes the JR loop. You're also across from the BigBox shopping centre, and a few buildings down from great pubs/restaurants like Hub.
Soundproofing between floors and adjoining rooms is quite bad, so if you're unlucky like us to have a family with kids on the floor above using their room as a playground, prepare to be trying to sleep to the pleasant sound of stomping and jumping. Fortunately, they were only there for the first two nights of our stay, so it got better after that.
Knocks (and some noise) could be heard from the adjoining room's wall. I'll give you two guesses what they were doing lol.
Self check-in didn't work for us after trying on two of the consoles. It seemed to have issues with my passport, despite no other hotel on our trip having this issue. Check-in was done manually, but the staff were great there.
The bathroom was quite dated and shower head was fairly old, inside a fairly high bathtub; most other places we stayed had rain shower heads. The bathroom floor was on an uncomfortable slant, which I understand is for drainage, however the gradient doesn't need to be that much.
