Room 528. Bed is horrible. It appears to be an old/well used mattress with a "hole/indentation" on one side with a mattress topper thrown on top of it. Most uncomfortable bed ever, very disappointing for a $200 a night hotel room. Stayed here due to location - which was great. Have stayed in ALOFT properties before and they are great. This particular room/experience will have me re-thinking staying at this brand.

Boarding pass computer did not work. After multiple attempts, computer would not print to the printer even though the computer could "see" the "ready" printer.

The staff were awesome and very helpful. The games and pool offered plenty of ways to entertain the kids when we had some downtime.
I didn't find the bed to be very comfortable and didn't love the sliding door to the bathroom.

Room was comfortable and had all the amenities. I liked that you could order breakfast downstairs and that coffee and tea were free and available most of the time. There was a nice pool but not heated. Nice surrounding area.
