It was okish experience
Pros:

The experience was okish .

Cons:

It was mentioned in the description that the property has spa for which we actually booked it since we came from a trek however there was no spa facility. The receptionist was untrained to perform even simple tasks. She must be trained first and then be kept as main receptionist.
