Pros:

Spacious rooms with great views, good location and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff, we stayed before and after Ha Giang loop, they stored our bags for the duration and safe parking for bike underground. Nice pool area (although cold temp) and lots of breakfast options.

Pros:

This hotel is luxurious. The location is central to all of our needs and the rooms are huge. The staff are obliging and friendly and the buffet breakfast has an ex excellent array of both Vietnamese and Western (if that's your thing) foods.

אחת הפעמים הבודדות שאני יכולה לתת ציון מצוין למלון בלי הסתייגויות. צוות מצוין, מלון מקסים, החדר שלקחנו היה גדול ומרווח, נקי מאד, ארוחת בוקר בופה גדולה, היינו בקומה גבוהה, היה לנו חלון ענק עם נוף מושלם לנהר
