Pros:

Cockroachs. The sheets are tattered. When the mattress is exposed its absolutely disgusting, it smells like urine. I had little bites on me. The room is equivalent to a small prison cell no window. The shower is very inconvenient. And cold. Neighborhood full of beggers. Even the security guard was asking me for money. I had to leave and get a new hotel.

Pros:

The place is filled with roaches…. The hot water doesn’t work….?the offer said it had a refrigerator when I googled the place…. It didn’t. No kettle either…. To check in early was almost equal to another day…. 680php…. The offered me 10 rooms all of which were filled with roaches….. place is the worst I’ve seen from Expedia…. Very very sad

Pros:

We made reservations with expedia and they did not allow us to even check in hotel .. they said no reservation and made us stand outside for hours .. eventually they made us pay for the noght and never allowd us to check in with our reservation that we showed them and had paid for entire week in advance.. worse experience ever

Will never return.
Pros:

The place is conveniently located near the bus terminals so I had to book; besides, I am on a tight budget. However had to look for the guest personnel when I arrived about 7pm. The receiving personnel did not have a computer to check my record as the reference number was only handwritten so I showed him a printed one. I was led to a better room, he claimed, but it turned out to be a dilapidated one with a stained (soiled?) bed sheets, pillow cases, and linens. A towel was provided but I doubt its cleanliness. I seldom used the a/c because it was too noisy. The toilet is cramped with a small space for showers and there is no sink for washing. I couldn't sleep throughout the night because. of discomfort and when i checked out about 4:30am as I have a bus to catch up at 5am, I had to wake up the one at the reception counter who just gave me the go signal to leave and never bothered to check my room.
