청결 상태가 너무 안좋았습니다. 음식부스러기들이 탁자 위에 그대로 남아 있고, 머리카락들이 탁자 위에 여러 개가 보였습니다. 그리고, 샤워부스는 머리카락들에 의해서 막혀서 물이 빠지지 않아 물바다가 되어, 머리카락들을 우리가 제거하고 사용해야 했습니다. 그리고, 에어컨을 켜니 곰팡이 냄새가 바로 났습니다.

시설 모두 깔끔하고 좋았는데, 방안 환기차 베란다 문을 열어놓으면 시궁창? 냄새가 솔솔 들어오더라구요;; 방으로 연결되는 곳에 주차를 하였는데, 그 주차공간에서도 그 냄새가 났고, 차안에까지 베여서 냄새다 빠질 떄까지 며칠 걸렸어요;;
객실 자체는 깔끔하고 따뜻하고 좋았는데, 침대시트에 기름 얼룩? 몇 군데가 져있긴했습니다.

Very clean. I stayed in the 5th floor VIP room, which has nice extras like an excellent massage chair, samsung clothes steamer, and air purifier.

Highly recommended.
