Super lokalita, 10 minut ke vstupu do Vatikánských muzeí. Pestrá snídaně (slaná i sladká nabídka), příjemný personál. Čisto, denně výměna ručníků a úklid.

Przy składaniu rezerwacji zaznaczyliśmy opcję łóżka małżeńskiego. Hotel nie spełnił tego wymagania. Mimo zwrócenia uwagi przy meldowaniu, nie było dla nas pokoju z łóżkiem małżeńskim. Po to jest prośba do hotelu by hotel mógł ją spełnić, zwłaszcza, że do wyboru jest dużo innych hoteli. Przy meldunku hotel pobiera opłatę kaucji. Zobaczymy jak długo potrwa zwrot

Reception personalen var vänliga, läget var nära Vatikanen.

Cons:

Kökspersonal var inte vänliga. Air conditioneringen var svag, så rummet var varmt, vi pratade med personalen men AC var centralt styrd. I rummet på golvet såg vi små små myror, något som kändes obehagligt.

Boa localização, funcionários da recepção e limpeza são incríveis e educados.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado não chega a gelar o quarto, mas consegue manter o ambiente fresco e conseguir dormir.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti e l'esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. La posizione è comoda, vicina al centro ma in una via tranquilla, l'ideale per raggiungere a piedi i Musei Vaticani e San Pietro.
La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il personale della reception si è dimostrato fin da subito accogliente, gentile e professionale. Davvero ottima anche la colazione, ricca di prodotti sia dolci che salati.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó.Közel a metró (kb.10 perc gyalog),a busz,a taxi.Sok étterem a közelben,nyugodt környék,a Szent péter Bazilika kb.15-20perc gyalog,vagy 1 metrómegálló.A Hotel személyzete nagyon kedves.A születésnapomra megleptek 1 üveg borral a szobánkban! A reggeli nagyon bőséges,és változatos.Rántotta,főtt tojás,sonka,vaj,többféle sajt,a zöldségek inkább párolva voltak,több féle müzli,több féle pékáru,édes sütemények,gyümölcskoktél,gyümölcslevek,kávé stb.Egyszóval minden van és tényleg finom.Mi Superior szobában voltunk.Minden nap takarítanak ha kéri az ember.
