Definitely will love to stay there again and would recommend this property for everyone to stay.
Pros:

Property is excellent in a prime location with the prices having great value for money. The service provided is superb and the quality of rooms are really nice and good.

Cons:

Bathroom and toilet glass panels and mirrors have fungus and dark spots which needs cleaning and de fumigation to get rid of fungus and black spots. Hygiene should be top priority as it directly concerns health.

Kindly display against your name as fully vegetarian hotel for customers to make conscious decisions

Property is good as far as room comforts are concerned

Cons:

Very surprising that brand like Redisson doesn’t offer non vegetarian food. Even eggs are not served.
Only after reservation is made, message is sent about being full vegetarian hotel. Which is very unfair to customers. If Redisson brand wish to be only vegetarian hotel, then be it but they need be eloquently clear to customers with a caution so that customers can make conscious decision whether to book or not.

The hotel have to have certain standards, this hotel didn’t have that standard.

Breakfast was very good, enjoyed it very much. 😊

Cons:

On first night of first stay, the bath room wasn’t clean, you tell it wasn’t clean. After we came back after our dinner. The smell in bathroom was bad, i had to go to go down to the official desk and ask the person to come with me. He noticed the terrible smell coming from bathroom’s drain. So changed the room at 12.30. After that there was no problem. But you don’t want this problem as you have traveled for 24 hours and 9 hours of flight.

A nossa estadia, apesar de tudo, foi óptima.
Pros:

O pequeno-almoço é óptimo. O jantar, sendo este um hotel internacional, deveria ter mais pratos internacionais e não apenas vegetarianos. Julgo que seria aconselhável oferecer também pratos para os não vegetarianos.

Cons:

Sobretudo, a comida com muito piri-piri (a maior parte dos pratos tem muito piri-piri). O que, para quem não está habituado, torna-se um problema grave. Em especial para quem, por motivos imprescindíveis, tem de ficar por muito tempo.

Excellent, would recommend
Pros:

Everything was great. The rooms, cleanliness, hotel staff and the complementary water bottles was a plus.

Cons:

The only thing that I didnt like was the fries in the in room dining, they were a bit bland and didnt seem freshly made. Other than that, everything was great.
