The only challenge was upon arrival. I got there very early around 5 AM after a long trip, and there was no one available to assist or even guide me to a waiting area. I completely understand check-in starts at 3 PM, but in that moment I felt a bit lost and helpless after traveling alone.

When I returned at 3 PM for check-in, it still took a few extra minutes before I could go in. Not a big issue, but something that could be smoother for future guests.
Also, the shower water temperature sometimes wasn’t as hot.

Overall, once settled, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. 🌸

Very happy Antara mall was across the street! And also plenty of food options around.
The street corn around the corner is must.

Filtered water to drink, fridge, electric stove, microwave. All good.

This is in a great place; full of shopping malls, boutiques, stores, grocery shopping, and office buildings around. Palacio de Hierro is right on the next block of ULIV Antara and Antara is right in front of it. The staff is really nice and accommodating and there is security all day long in the lobby. The laundry area has a washing machine, a dryer and laundry soap so all you need to is to bring your items to wash it and wait for the washing/drying cycle to finish. You don’t need to pay! I stayed for 10 days and they gave me a room cleaning service for free. All the amenities you need are available in the bathroom and the kitchen. It is really cozy and nice. The only small issue is the fact that you can hear the cars in the street since it’s a busy area, but they provide ear plugs if you’d like to use them. I’d love to be able to coincide and stay here again if I come for another business trip.

위치는 최고였지만 객실 안에 화장실 외에 쓰레기통이 없고 수압이 너무 약해서 그 점이 좀 불편했습니다.
호텔이 아니니 클리닝 서비스가 없는 것은 이해하지만 수건의 개수는 숙박 기간에 맞는 수량을 준비해주셨으면 합니다.

Estupendo establecimiento para un viajero de negocios en estancia de una semana. Apartamento acogedor, bien comunicado y en buen estado en general.
Solo ponerle una pega, que el equipamiento de cocina era un poco escaso

Bien en general, solo no me agradó que no se hiciera limpieza a diario, y que no tuviera TV por cable, solo internet, por lo demás muy bien, recomendable

Lugar muy cómodo y fácil acceso a restaurantes y entretenimiento.

I wasn’t sure where the property was located because there’s no sign outside. It’s kind of hidden in between two larger buildings. Teresa at the front desk was great and let me check in early as a courtesy!

The hotel is in a very walkable area. There are many restaurants nearby and you can walk to some museums. Uber is also an excellent option for the National Anthropology Museum.

The room is very clean and well-equipped! If you’re more interested in having breakfast and a restaurant at the hotel, this will not be it. I think it’s perhaps more appropriate for longer-term stays because you can cook your own meals.

Overall, I’d recommend staying here if you want to be close by to shopping centers, restaurants, and museums!

Muy buena ubicación. Muy amables los chicos de la entrada. Hay un poco de ruido afuera por los coches pero amablemente te dejan unos tapones de oído que te ayudan a pasarla increíble .. su estancia me encantó . Pocos tan limpios como este … seguro si vuelvo a México llego con ellos

I was very impressed with this hotel. It is located in a very good area with so many places to eat at walking distance. The location is excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is extremely clean, and they provide an excellent service to all their guests. The room is very spacious and modern looking. I will highly recommend ULIV Antara to anyone traveling to Mexico City.

Nice place, perfect location, a bit noisy because it is in a crowded avenue. Place is clean and well equiped, entrance very easy

Absolutely beautiful. It was clean, accessible, private and safe. The space was extremely beautiful and it was a perfect space for my partner and I. We enjoyed every minute of it.
