Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi, özellikle banyoda. Yine banyoda aydınlatma yetersizdi, bir ayna yoktu. Saç kurutma makinasının banyoda olması daha mantıklı olurdu. Isınma sistemi yetersiz ve biraz gürültülü.

Las instalaciones son viejas y deterioradas. El personal no habla inglés. Y el desayuno, que fue la razón por la que elegimos hospedarnos ahí, ya que otros huéspedes lo elogiaban, no era la gran cosa. Es más, ni siquiera nos lo sirvieron completo. Y el último día, ni siquiera estaba listo a la hora que ellos mismos dicen que empiezan a servirlo. Así que no pudimos desayunar bien ese día, ya que teníamos que tomar un vuelo, porque, según nos los dijo el muchacho que cocinaba, la cocina estaba desabastecida.

The location of the hotel is very good; however, if you're driving and using google map, it is unable to accurately point to the correct location of the hotel. I suggest that the hotel can provide location of the multi-storey carpark near to the hotel and gives clear instruction to the guests that is arriving and to the carpark staff of the arriving guests.

The weather in Sanliurfa at end of October 2025 during the day is still very sunny & warm. At night the hote room feels warm. The central cooling unit of the hotel should be blowing cool air instead of warm air.

The previous manager, Ibrahim, was missed very much.

Bathroom was a disaster, flooded by water coming from the toilet, plus a broken shower with no water. No room cleaning either. Staff did not speak english, and showed no interest at all in solving the bathroom problems, so we could no have a shower at all, and had to walk on top of the wet towels we put on the floor to soak the flood. The room was clean, but the common areas of the hotel were very dirty, with cigarette butts all over the floors and stains in carpets and walls, just depressing. Extremely noisy at night.

I didn’t like that they showed fake public transport prices to Gobeklitepe. Instead of answering my questions they where I could find a bus they tried to sell a tour (which is not the problem in itself) by showing tourbus prices (not public transport prices).

Also a duvet was missing in the room.

The staff are surly and unhelpful, the rooms are dilapidated and dirty. Breakfast is basic and not tasty, never previously in Turkey have I had Turkish tea that tasted so bad. Parking is a nightmare. They have an arrangement with the underground car park that is in the tunnel but that is very busy and we couldn't always get in there. An alternative car park would have required leaving our car key with them and we didn't like the look of the attendants at all. Fortunately we were able to get into the under ground car park when we went back. The traffic in Urfa is very congested as are the streets and the air is rank with pollution.
When I booked I asked for one of the twin rooms to preferably be on the Ground Floor for my elderly father and myself so not too many steps for him. They replied " Of course we can help you with this". When we arrived they showed us across the courtyard, up a flight of 9/10 large steps (with no hand rail), down a long corridor to a single room. They took no notice about the steps at all. They thought squeezing another bed in there would be fine but obviously not suitable for Father and Daughter. My Turkish friends protested a lot but the staff said that was all they had, the hotel was full and the manager wasn't there. The other room was up more steps from there, across a small courtyard but was bigger and had 2 beds in it. We took that room and my friends took the single room. With the second bed in it it was so tight that only one person could walk on the floor at any one time. We were not satisfied at all with the accommodation especially as my father is 97 years old. Rooms were not clean, ours had a window blocked up by a piece of cardboard. The walls needed painting, , the carpets were dusty and ill fitting. We had paid for two twin rooms but had no refund for being given a single room.

We understand that putting a bathroom into a room in an old building is difficult and it seems it’s hard to avoid some sewage smell. All in all I would stay here again.

Konağa vardigimizda hoş karşılandık odalar temiz fakat 2 Odada ki duş da sıkıntılı konak olduğundan içerde boğucu bı atmosfer var birde Ağustos sıcağı eklenince duş yapmanın anlamı yok... klima biraz daha iyi olabilirdi... Çarşaflar değişilmedi (Konak olduğundan) özellikle söylemek lazım miş öyle söylendi.. kahvaltı yöresel yapmaya çalışmışlar ama çeşit yetersiz ( fiyat dengesine göre normal ) çocuk misafirlere yönelik hiç birşey yok araçla konağın kapısına giremez siniz sokaklar çok dar park yakın olsa da... Bir daha Urfa'ya gitsem yine giderim...

Visiting tour groups can be very noisy

First shown to tiny room with double bed, no furniture but had booked room with separate beds 9months ago which was confirmed by management. Offered large room, fine. No WiFi in rooms just reception and terrace. No kettle, tea available only at breakfast/in evening. Toilet bin not emptied whole stay. Fridge not working, reception not interested.
