Adresse sympa
Pros:

Bonne option pour un séjour plus ou moins long à Helsinki.
Pour en dire d’avantage :
-👍Duplex lumineux, pas très large mais propre, moderne et agréable. C’est très calme, on n’entend aucun bruit (ni intérieur ni extérieur).
Aucune attention à l’arrivée (ni eau ni goddies).
-👍La cuisine est bien équipée.
-👍La salle de bain n’est pas très grande mais elle est chauffée, lumineuse (détecteur de mouvement à l’entrée) et complète .
-👍De nombreux rangements sont disponibles. L’éclairage est agréable.
-👍La partie nuit à l’étage est cosy (un peu basse de plafond côté tête). Le lit est très dur mais les oreillers sont un bon complément et étonnamment on y dort très bien. Là encore beaucoup de rangements.
-Les parties communes sont jolies mais pas toutes accessibles.
-👍Le sauna est gratuit le soir entre 16h30-22h30 mixte ou non mixte selon les horaires. Il est propre, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville, top!
Une laverie est disponible en supplément (2,65€ le lave-linge) au sous sol.
Le logement est bien desservi (tram à 3min à pied et métro à 10 min, station de vélos à 2min) pratique pour séjourner un peu à l’extérieur du centre. On relie la gare centrale en 30 min à pied et le terminal vers Tallinn (Megastore) en 20 min.
Quelques restaurants, supérettes et un Lidl dans le secteur.
Personnel présent une bonne partie de la journée mais pas vraiment communicatif.

Cons:

👎Le « salon » est inutile, il comprend un grand canapé qui ne sent pas très bon et encombre inutilement l’espace puisque la télé est face au lit (elle n’a d’ailleurs que peu de propositions, quelques chaînes en finlandais). La table et les chaises étaient suffisantes voire éventuellement un fauteuil moins imposant
-Le petit balcon donne sur une vague cour, il n’est pas au soleil et n’apporte aucune perspective (excepté sur une cage d’escaliers et les voisins : décevant).
👎Grosse déception sur le rooftop, espace exclusivement réservé à ??, seule place pour voir le sunset qui du coup ne peut pas être vu malgré la hauteur du bâtiment.

Pros:

Puhdasta! Kiva kaksikerroksinen huoneisto. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö huoneessa. Hyvä pesutilat. Napakka mutta niin hyvä vuode. Parveke.

Cons:

Korkean ikkunan yläosassa melko iso hämähäkinseitti jäi mieleen. Kuntosalilla kaikki kumirenksut oli katkottu. Aamupalalla harmitti valmispuuro mutta muuten kaikki oli hyvänmakuista. Hissin toiminta sovellusavaimella toimi välillä vähän kaksisesti.

Sehr nettes und modernes Hotal.
Pros:

Toll durch die Trennung mit dem Zwischenstock im Zimmer. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr easy zum einchecken. Ideal für Kurztrip. Nahe bei Strassenbahn.

Cons:

Eine Garderobe wäre gut im Zimmer.

Sehr empfehlenswert und werde ich immer wieder buchen.
Pros:

Ich buche gerne das Unity, weil die Zimmer sehr gut schallisoliert sind. Außerdem gefällt mir die Lage: Aufgeräumtes Viertel, Miet-E-Scooter und Bike-Points ein paar Meter ums Eck. Kurze Distanz zu den Straßenbahnhaltestellen und zum Westterminal. In der näheren Umgebung (maximal 700 m) findet man den hervorragend sortierten riesigen K-City-Market (Ruoholahti) und weitere Geschäfte sowie zahlreiche kleinere und größere Bistros, Cafés und Bars mit Lounas-Angebot.
Im Zimmer mag ich sehr das Bett, die zahlreichen Verstaumöglichkeiten und das Gesamtkonzept der Wohnung.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Barception. 🌷

Cons:

Die WC-Schüssel sollte man auch außen mal wischen.

As every coliving , it's nice to have living and working in the same building.

Cons:

Internet access is consistently problematic due to their login system. Breakfast is disappointing—there’s no coffee machine included in the €12 breakfast, yet one is available in the coworking space for €6.
Overall, it feels like Unity is trying to extract every possible euro, at the expense of generosity and customer service.

Restaurant closed.

Location very far away from everything.

Pros:

Très bon appart hôtel, literie comfortable, température réglable , hyper agréable les soirs de froid et de grosse pluie. La vue sur Helsinki est impressionnante, le sauna inclu très appréciable ainsi que tout le reste (Gym, laverie etc), mention spéciale au personnel qui est extrêmement à l’écoute et d’une grande bienveillance.

Cons:

Dommage que le ménage ne soit fait qu’une fois au debut du séjour, les fenêtres et cables des plafonnieds devraient être nettoyés.
