Das Kopfkissen ist für mich eine Katastrophe, viel zu dick und zu groß. Ein Kissen 40x80 wäre schön.

Modern, sauber und gemütlich
Pros:

Appartement sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Bäckerei mit im Gebäude mit sehr nettem Personal und gutem Frühstück.

Cons:

Checkout war auf Check24 nicht eindeutig definiert (10-12). Leider war nur bis 10 Uhr Checkout, was leider viel zu kurz ist, wenn man noch frühstücken will. Da könnte man nochmal den Checkout bis 12 überdenken.

Bahnhofsnähe, das Einchecken am Automaten ging besser als beim letzten Mal

Cons:

Sehr kühle und nüchterne Ausstrahlung. Mikrowelle für Menschen mit Körperlänge von ca. 1,55 m nicht gut erreichbar.
Die Kopfkissen waren für meine Bedürfnisse zu groß und prall.

Unterkunft gut, Service/ Erreichbarkeit schlecht.

Auf Nachrichten wird nicht geantwortet.
Das Frühstück, da sollte mitgeteilt werden, dass es nicht im Hotel ist, sondern beim Bäcker am Hotel. Dann hätte man selbst wählen können.

Leider wurde mir bei Booking nicht die korrekte Lage angezeigt und ich musste stornieren - man hat alles auch ausserhalb der Richtlinien Problemlos abgewickelt - TOP

Die Lage ist ideal, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lösung mit dem Frühstück in der Bäckerei ist sehr gut

Cons:

Leider gab es am Morgen zu Duschen kein warmes Wasser, auch nach längerem Warten blieb das Wasser kalt

Es war sehr gut
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit schönes Ausstattung.
Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die angegebene Booking.com Hausnummer 67 stimmt nicht mit der tatsächlichen Nummer 72 überein.
Leider war auch noch die Hauskarte defekt und nach mehreren Anrufen konnte mir bei Eiseskälte und spät geholfen werden.
Ein Vorortservice in Gerstungen wäre sehr schön, in dem Fall musste mir Nürnberg weiterhelfen, was sich sehr schleppend gestaltete.
