عمري 60 سنة اسوء تجربة سكنية في حياتي تجربة الاقامة في فندق انالة تبوك ولن اكرر هذه التجربة ولاانصح بالاقامة في هذا الفن

لافطار لافطار في رمضان يكون

التعامل السيء من موظف الاستقبال والاكثر سوء تعامل مدير الفندق حجزت الاقامة مع وجبة الافطار وعند وصولي الفندق وقت الافطار صائم ومسافر براً لم يسمح لي الموظف ومدير الفندق بالافطار ويقولون الافطار في رمضان يكون سحور وعند مناقشة مدير الفندق تكلم بكلام لايليق يستهزي ويقول اذا مو عاجبك خذ فلوسك وروح فندق ثاني وكثير من كلمات الاستهزاء بل كاد ان يمد يده بالضرب للاسف شخص عديم الاحترام لنزلاء الفندق وبالامكان الرجوع لكاميرات الفديو في مطعم الفندق وامام باب المطعم هذا ان لم يمسح تسجيل الكاميرات .
والغرفة بدون مناشف وبدون مناديل !
وعند طالب مناشف تم احضار منشفة واحدة والحجز لشخصين !!!
المفارقة العجيبة ان اكثر نزلاء الفندق لاعبي كرك قدم احد الاندية ويقيمون منذو اشهر ولايوجد ضمن قنوات التلفزيون بغرف النزلاء القناة الناقلة للدوري السعودي للمحترفين!!!

On nous a attribué un studio immense. C'était calme. Propre et fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant, sans plus.

Exceptional.
Pros:

It exceeded by expectations. They also upgraded me to a suite free of cost. Everything was clean and properly maintained. Staff is very cooperative.
