Our room had a fabulous view overlooking the bustling street, but unfortunately it was noisy as the windows weren’t noise proof

Close to the old quarter and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

While the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spotless the bathroom vanity counter was cracked and so were a few tiles in the shower. Maybe they should have been replaced.

Emplacement idéal avec un personnel très professionnel

Emplacement idéal en plein cœur du vieux quartier d’Hanoi.
Très bel hôtel. Grande chambre avec une literie parfaite pour nous. Personnel très agréable et attentionnée. Merci beaucoup à Hope qui nous a donné beaucoup d’informations sur les sites à visiter.

Voortreffelijk hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, zeer goeie locatie om hanoi te verkennen, uitgebreid ontbijt. De verrassing van het hotel bestond uit een heerlijk diner en een cocktail op het dakterras. Uiteraard bijbetalen maar zowel de cocktail als het eten waren zeer fijn.

Mittendrin, großartig und einmalig deshalb!
Pros:

Die Lage ist mitten in der Altstadt, man tritt aus dem Hotel und ist mittendrin. Aber das bedeutet auch, es ist bussy, auch nachts bis 01:00 Uhr minestens. Das sollte man wissen ;) Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig. Das Restaurant ist auch für das Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen und die Skybar auf dem Dach ermöglicht einen fantastischen Blick auf Hanoi. Mein Zimmer war top und das Personal unglaublich zuvorkommend. Die Massage im hauseigenen Etablissement eine der besten während meines Urlaubs hier. Herzlichen Dank an alle.
