Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings mussten wir bei der Bezahlung mit der Visa-Karte einen Aufschlag von 3 % zahlen, was uns auf unserer bisherigen Rundreise noch in keinem anderen Hotel begegnet ist. Zudem war das Zimmer für zwei große Koffer etwas zu klein. Insgesamt überzeugen jedoch die sehr gute Lage und der freundliche Service.

Komfortables schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen nettem Personal
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstuck war sehr gut, auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Die Skybar und der Skypool haben eine tolle Aussicht.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilft bei allen Fragen und gibt gute Tips für den Aufenthalt in Hanoi. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Super Lage in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und steht's bemüht das sich der Gast wohlfühlt. Pool und Dachterrasse mit top Ausblick über Hanoi.

A truly memorable stay.
Pros:

Our stay at GM Premium was truly memorable. The location was great. The room was beautiful and spacious. The rooftop bar, pool, and restaurant were all very nice. Special shoutout to the rooftop bar staff and breakfast staff, they were so hospitable and always made sure we were looked after and comfortable. And an extra special shoutout to Annie who looked after us so well and made our stay truly enjoyable. She gave us amazing suggestions for activities and places to eat, ensured we had everything we needed, and was just a genuine pleasure to see when we would come back to the hotel. I definitely recommend staying here! Thank you everyone - Kyland and Flyn.

Outstanding Experience
Pros:

We had an amazing experience and would absolutely do it again. The staff are so friendly, they go above and beyond to assist the guests and overall create a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. The personal service we got was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Hope, in particular, was outstanding - so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend a stay.

Great Old Quarter BNB
Pros:

Location is perfect in the old quarters, staff are amazing and super friendly

Cons:

Booked a twin room and upon checkin we were informed of the junior suite with twin bed, but when taken to the room, it looked like a basic room space wise and it was one king bed, we were tired to change and raise the point especially that we were staying for one night only.

The room AC was weird! No matter what we control, it didn’t seem to work and they ended up providing a fan in the room
