Flawless
Pros:

Absolutely everything. We were welcomed with fresh tea and some green been cakes, we got then taken to such a wonderful, beautiful room. They took care of our laundry easily, they had open channel of communicatons not only directly through the hotel lines but also via whatsapp if you wanted. Whe we ordered grabs for transport, they wanted to make sure they knew the car plate and driver's name for our security. More than enough supply of water. The hotel and room beautifully decorated. The staff was phenomenal, nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was terrific, we could walk anywhere if we wanted to. Breakfast delicious and special cater for coeliacs. Stunning!

Pros:

The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was cosy, clean and had a little open door balcony to watch life go by. The location, for us, was perfect walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We came back late every night but there was always someone on reception to let you in. And when our hotel door battery had run out at 2am, they were so quick to change it for us. The pool and bar is a great chill out area too. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for an amazing stay in Hanoi.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. It exceeded our expectations.

Perfect stay at GM Premium Hanoi!
Pros:

Right in the heart of the Old Quarter - the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.
Location was perfect to night markets, train street, lake - all within walking distance.
Hope at front desk was very accomodating from check in to check out. Also recommended options for tours and visits and was always checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay.
Highly recommended!

Outstanding Experience with Remarkable Staff

We had a fantastic stay at GM Premium Hotel Hanoi and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it very convenient to explore the city while still offering a calm and comfortable atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist.

The room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

We would like to make a special mention of the gym — it was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which we truly appreciated. It’s not something you find everywhere, and it made a big difference.

A big thank you as well to Tracey, one of the young team members, who provided outstanding assistance during our stay. Her English was perfect, and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional — a real asset to the hotel.

The rooftop area is also a lovely spot to unwind, and the breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options.

Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel in Hanoi

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and feature extremely comfortable beds that ensure a great night’s sleep. WiFi was very fast. The service truly deserves top marks – professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Special thanks go to Tracey at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming, took excellent care of us throughout our stay, and recommended the hotel restaurant with a sunset view – which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. The food was delicious, and the view from the rooftop bar was simply stunning. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Great location
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable bed

Cons:

When I arrived I was told I had to pay cash or credit card fee was 5%. I don’t understand why my card couldn’t just have been charged like all the other hotels I stayed at that I booked through booking.com. Having to go to an ATM and having do multiple withdrawals because you can only get out up to 5mil was inconvenient.
I didn’t like the bathroom setup as the sink was in the room and the bathroom was tiny.
I didn’t enjoy the breakfast selection as there were a lot of fried foods and there were not enough tables for everyone to sit.
