Everyone was very polite and the hotel very clean
Nothing
I love how close it was to the train station , it’s clean , safe and the staff were really nice and I love that it’s got seven-eleven downstairs..
Nothing really . Everything was good
The room had a spacious walkway and was very clean from head to toe! The comforter was very large and comfortable, so we got a good night’s sleep!
At first, the elevator was a little bit tricky because of the keycard system, but once we got the hang of it - it was easy. We weren’t a big fan of the pillows either, found them prettu stiff, but the bed itself was great.
Very clean and good customer service
Nothing
Very helpful staff! Rooms are clean and the location superb.
The staff is wonderful and we loved that we were able to store our bags there before check in so we could explore the area. My favorite part about this hotel is the 7/11 that is connected on the first floor. It is wonderful for a late night snack or an early morning breakfast. The property has an onsen and guest laundry available on the third floor. Front desk was also able to help us to forward our luggage to our next hotel easily with Yamato which I definitely recommend.
This is my second time staying at this property and I can tell the quality of the guest rooms has gone down since my last stay just one year ago. The room had a few stains on the carpet and lots of smudges on the walls. The drain in the shower was a bit clogged and did not drain well. The room itself is small but this is the case for most hotels in Tokyo. There is only enough room to open 1 maybe 2 suitcases on the floor depending on your room configuration. The beds are quite firm for my liking but this is the case for most hotels in Japan. Front desk is able to provide extra soft pillows as the ones provided are firm as well.
