Good hotel.
Had a great experience when I first stayed here a few years ago and decided to try to stay again.
Clean, with fantastic buffet breakfast with Japanese and Western options.
Easy access to multiple metro lines.
Bathroom was quite cramped with toilet bowl immediately as you enter at 90 degrees to the door. Needed at least another 1sq.metre in there or maybe a shower instead of a tub (I'm a pretty normal-sized 1.80m guy and it felt cramped).
I applaud the cleanliness, but there should be an option to tell the staff not to leave you new towels on the door handle if you put the "don't disturb" sticker on the door. You get two sets of body and face towels, so as a single occupant I could go two days and not need new towels.
Mini-refrigerator was indeed very mini without much depth to put in even some medium-sized items.
Although it's a 16-story hotel with many rooms, it books out too quickly (at least on Booking.com) even for months ahead. You have to be lucky to grab someone else's cancellation if you want to stay here for multiple consecutive days.
Prices have also gone up significantly since I last stayed here (probably due to the increase in popularity of the hotel and Tokyo itself).
Everything was perfect! Thank you!
乾淨整潔,位置好,服務好
房間偏小,冷氣出風口對著床,但整體性價比很高了!
Le bain
L’accueil sur machine
Chambre trop petite
Petit dej 6/10
La ubicación es excelente, tiene varias lineas de metro a muy poca distancia
La habitación muy pequeña, como la mayoría en Japon
The location was good, lots of restaurants nearby, very easy access to multiple train lines. The public onsen was lovely, I had it to myself on 3 occasions.
The sensor light to go to the bathroom and the one in the bathroom was ridiculous. Both were very bright in the middle of the night, and the one near the door went off if you even poked a foot out of the bed. The breakfast was not good if you wanted western food, there was no cereal, only tropical fruit drink (not juice) and apple vinegar juice which was disgusting. The only egg option was very soupy scrambled eggs, there was no bread for toast, and there was no fresh fruit, or things like danishes or similar. There was no black teabags available. We ended up buying our own cereal and making use of the milk and yoghurt only. The room itself was quite cramped, this was the first room in our 4 week trip where the toilet was not separate to the bathroom. Although we had a King sized bed, the doona was only just big enough to cover the top of the bed, not to cover the people once they got in it. Had to ask for extra pillows, and then use the provided pyjamas and towels to prop them up as they were so thin. The lift stopped at level 2 every time you went up and down, whether you wanted to go there or not.
