Great budget hotel
Pros:

Check in and check out were easy, the food was good, the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and neat.

Cons:

There wasn't a lot of variety in the food, I'm more used to western food, it was more eastern style.

The bathrooms are quite small and claustrophobic, the rooms I would say aren't big enough for two people, no space for bags or anything.

Pros:

L'hôtel est assez bien situé au sens où il est assez central par rapport aux zones touristiques. Comptez 15 à 20 minutes pour shinjuku, shibuya, akasuka, etc... Et proche (quelques minutes de marche à pied) de plusieurs stations de métro, ce qui est un gros plus.
Konbini disponible directement à l'hôtel.
Situé dans une rue avec de nombreux restaurants

La chambre est certes petites (surtout si vous avez des grosses valises) mais ne pas vous attendre à mieux ailleurs (dans ce budget). D'ailleurs le rapport qualité/prix est top.

Pour les fans d'harry potter, situé juste à côté de la station de métro aux couleurs d'Harry Potter avec une boutique dédiée.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais ne change pas, donc en restant plusieurs jours sur place c'est assez lassant. Cela reste du détail.
Petit déjeuner très japonais, ce qui pourra déranger certaines personnes.

Hotel consigliato per comodità vicino alla metro e molto silenzioso!
Pros:

Posizione comodissima!
Praticamente in una zona molto silenziosa e metro letteralmente a due passi dell'hotel! Il 7eleven sotto l'hotel è davvero un salvavita.

Cons:

In realtà ci siamo trovate benissimo su ogni punto, l'unica cosa è stata quella di non aver usufruito dell'onsen dell'hotel per via dei miei tatuaggi (ma capisco benissimo)

Emplacement et service exceptionnels
Pros:

L’emplacement est très stratégique et a été un plus ainsi que la présence du 7Eleven. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et le onsen donne un plus non négligeable au voyage. Je recommande absolument. Le monsieur de l’accueil m’a également aidé pour envoyer mes bagages direction l’hôtel suivant et à été très patient. Merci à eux

C’est petit surtout pour une personne d’1m85.

Spacious rooms for Tokyo; mini table and seating area was so useful for my longer stay; smart TV with Netflix and Youtube; close to multiple stations; 7Eleven on the bottom floor and so many food options within 0.25 mile every direction!

Cons:

There was no body towel offered at the amenities station. It's not a huge deal, I ended up buying one from the 7Eleven on the bottom floor!

Great Stay!
Pros:

Location is very very good. The 7-Eleven at the ground floor is very convenient. Good selection of Breakfast. Hotel was very quiet and clean. Great Stay! They could hold your luggage for free - it is very helpful.

Cons:

Lift could be a bit hectic when selecting floor number. Rooms were a bit small but they say it is normal for Tokyo.

Pros:

Location is good, easy to move around as hotel is near to 2 subway stations. Plenty of eateries nearby. Enjoyed the use of the onsen.

Cons:

The room is a bit small . Not enough space to open 2 luggage. Hotel rates are also a bit pricey with no breakfast included. Would prefer the morning onsen hours to be longer from 6-9 am to 6-10 am.
