Location was good and hotel was very clean. The room had a smart tv with Netflix etc. There is a 7-Eleven on the ground floor which is very convenient.

Cons:

There wasn’t enough options for breakfast, particularly for western guests. Essentially it was limited to croissants, french toast and yogurt. There were eggs and sausages but these were very poor and I didn’t see anyone eating them. At 10 euro per person per night I expected the basics to be available (fruit, breakfast cereal etc). Better and cheaper options in the 7-Elevn downstairs. We actually skipped breakfast a couple of days.

Decent stay with everything you will need.
Pros:

Close to Shibuya area and not too far from Minato area. There’s a 7-11 right down stairs. Also enjoyed the public bath facilities.

Cons:

Little walk to transportations. Not on the Yamanote line. All floors have smoking rooms.

Great location, room could be better.
Pros:

Fantastic location and friendly, efficient staff.
Onsen a nice addition.

Cons:

Bed and pillow were very firm. Definitely ask for more / alternative pillows at reception.
The main issue was the light in the room entrance activated by a motion sensor. Moving my feet in bed was enough to trigger it, meaning the light was on and off all night. The solution was keeping the bathroom door open to block the sensor.
May well be unique issue to the room I had, but not a great night's sleep.

Pros:

진심 도쿄 많이 가봤지만 이만한 곳 찾기 어렵습니다.
너무 청결한데다 편의점도 바로 밑에 있고... 늘 신주쿠나 시부야에 숙소를 잡아왔다가 이번에 이쪽으로 잡았던건데 최고의 선택입니다ㅜ

가족들도 너무 좋아했고, 대욕탕이나 룸컨디션 뭐하나 빠지는게 없어요
