Pros:

The room was way dirtier than the last visit. The cups had clearly visible stains the room cooling was barely working, i turned on the air condition as soon as i checked in around 14:30 and put the desired room temperature around 18 Celsius and it took till 2 am for the room temperature to reach 20 degree let alone 18. the food quality gotten so bad that i left more than half of the food untouched.

One the best hotel with a lot of friendly stuff, we were for 11 nights there and that was perfect, only the breakfast could be a little bit better, more option.

Düzenli olarak seyahat eden birisi olarak Sheraton İstanbul Esenyurt otelden çok memnun kaldım. Konumu kimi için çok iyi olmasa da benim için oldukça iyiydi. Odanın temizliği, çalışanların güler yüzü gayet memnun ediciydi. Olumsuz diyebileceğim tek nokta; sabah erken saatte uçaktan inmeme (bunu rezervasyonda da belirttim) sabah erken check-in yapmama olanak sağlamamaları olabilir.

I was rudely waken up by front dest at 1:40 am
Pros:

The first day was like a nightmare. Was miss treated by residence side manager and later was called at 1:40 was rudely waken up because they felt like they had to explain to me the situation.

Great hotel for layover. Clean & comfortable. Nice shopping centre beside the hotel. Just wished aircon was adjustable, kind of hot at night. Will stay again.

İlk defa konaklama yapıyorum.
Pros:

Otelin önünde otopark alanı geniş olmasına rağmen personelin düzgün olmayan diyalogları 15 dakika geçti daha fazla bekleyemezsiniz gibi halbuki aracın içinde bekliyordum sadece bir tanesi ikincisi personelin diyalogları çok resmidi güler yüz benim gittiğim günde yoktu. Üzgünüm ama daha iyi alabilirdiniz
