convenient location for easy access to the airport. also a great location with lots of food choices in and outside of the hotel - very modern!
the duvet/comforter material felt a bit odd and the shower - though it had great water pressure - did get water on the floor (we had an ADA room).
Airport hotel was well situated. Easy dining options right outside door. Great choice for overnight before/after flight into San Jose. Pricey but very clean, spacious and luxurious.
Locations near airport, modern practical room, roof terrace bar/restaurant/ helpful staff.
Tv refused to operate for some reason

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was very good indeed. Had a coffee machine with only one pod of decaf for the two of us. We don’t drink decaf. No milk either. Having checked in at 1.00 am, it was irritating to find this in the morning. Two pieces of furniture were badly chipped.
For the price- could do better.

Breakfast was laid out beautifully. I have stayed at the Marriott Belena resort previously and the food there was kept much warmer. Everything here was cold. Would appreciate ability to order fresh eggs.
Floor in room was dirty. Could be cleaner. Bugs all over terrace. Shd be swept before entry or provide a broom in the closet.

It was absolutely beautiful! And it was all decorated for Christmas so that was lovely! The entire staff was cordial and accommodating, and always possible! I felt very at home. The food was absolutely delicious.! Stunning views of the mountains surrounding San Jose from the rooftop pool!
I am slightly disabled and use a walker. I wanted to swim in the swimming pool, but I needed help to get in the swimming pool because the railing started inside the swimming pool instead of outside of it and I couldn’t reach it It was awkward and difficult. If you could only change the railing so that it starts on the outside deck of the pool it would be perfect.!!!
