Good but not 5 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel does not live up to a 5-star standard, at least from my point of view. The room is quite small, with limited closet space, and the facilities do not give the sense of luxury you would expect. The bathroom amenities are average, nothing special or premium.

Another downside was that the pool slippers were not already in the room, and we had to call reception to request them. The pool itself is quite small, which was disappointing.

Breakfast is also average, with limited variety and nothing that really stands out.

That said, there are some positives: the towels, both in the room and at the pool, are of very good quality, and the curtains add a pleasant touch to the room’s atmosphere.

Overall, the experience does not justify a 5-star rating. I would have expected details such as a Nespresso machine in the room and a more diverse selection of teas.

Beautiful hotel but breakfast didn't match.
Pros:

Staff were wonderful, room and in particular the view was amazing.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, food was cold, it felt chaotic at times, lots of things kept running out.
Waiting staff didn't seem too organised.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The location is beautiful and the outside pool is great.
Rooms are perfect.

Cons:

The menus at both the restaurant and the bar could be better and they are slightly overpriced.

Hotel bol vynikajuci a rovnako tak bol vynikajuci aj personal. Boli sme velmi milo prekvapeni. Do centra sa dalo dotat taxikom za 5-10€. Uzasne miesto pre deti. Aktivity pocas dna.

Everything. Quite, relaxed, super comfortable, nice vibe, amazing breakfast, amazing view, super friendly and available staff.

Cons:

Probably the best breakfast i have had in a hotel, superb. Room was really nice, good restaurant and bar. Good location by the river
