Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cet hôtel, le petit-déjeuner était complet et varié. Nous avons également apprécié notre chambre très spacieuse et calme avec balcon et vue sur le Douro. Le déjeuner au restaurant également. Nous avons été également ravis de recevoir des friandises pour nos deux petits chiens. Le rapport qualité/prix est respecté pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le confort de notre lit, très dur à notre goût. De plus, facturer 30 euros par chien, par nuit, est très élevé, même en Suisse nous n'avons jamais payé un tarif aussi élevé. L'hôtel devrait être plus "dog friendly" comme dans d'autres hôtels. Il y avait beaucoup trop de contraintes à ramener nos petites bêtes avec nous pour ce joli séjour.
