Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful by far!! Very elegant and highly spacious rooms.

Check in staff not the friendliest nor helpful, electric outlets in the room didn’t work, could definitely find better places.

We stayed at the Flower Hotel in Golem and had originally booked for 5 nights, but ended up checking out after just 1 night. The hotel was a big disappointment compared to what was advertised online. The photos are very misleading — the “garden hotel” is nowhere near a 5-star standard and is in poor condition, outdated, and not well maintained.

That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, and they did their best to assist us. They moved us to their other, more modern hotel, which was slightly better, and we were able to manage one night there.

Unfortunately, we had already paid for 5 nights, so it was a frustrating experience overall.

Be aware that this hotel is more like a 3-star, or maybe a low 4-star at best — definitely not a luxury stay.

Cool. Despite asking for the a/c to be turned down multiple times. It was never a pleasure to walk in there after a hot day.
We had 2 lots of wires hanging down from the ceiling where lights should have been. Which we did let them know about but nothing was done.
The staff are very friendly. Our housekeeper was 100%.
The diving board at the pool is a real pain as kids ‘bomb’ into the pool splashing other pool users and sun bed users. No real need for it to be there.
Very much a family hotel. Probably not for couples. Not a relaxing stay.
Breakfast was plentiful.

Dålig service, fel på Ac läckte mycket vatten och förstörde sömnen 3 nätter. Mekaniker på plats 3 gr. Hotellet lät oss inte byta rum eller kompenserade på annat sätt. Erbjöd en massage 2 h innan flyget skulle gå, va då ensam med två barn. En omöjlig ekvation. Extremt missnöjd med detta

Wij hadden all inclusive genomen er is goed gevarieerd eten, miste nog wel een avond snack moment. Drankjes was oke maar kan beter. Omgeving is nog een beetje opkomend, maar al wandelend op de boulevard kom je genoeg tegen. Zwembad mag wat schoner zijn er zitten veel vliegen in het water. We waren heel tevreden of de kamer en de zorg dat het elke dag schoongemaakt werdt. Personeel aan de receptie is ook zeer behulpzaam.

We have booked 2 junior suites, but were moved to the white building. Then the room amenities were very humble and basics. The property itself is nice, and the people are kind. Nevertheless, we had several electricity shortage and air-condition breaking down and were forced to sleep one night in a different room! There are no hooks in the bathroom and the minibar was always leaking water. Guestroom sockets needs to be renovated. The Cleaning ladies were extremely noisy and do not respect guests when starting to work through the day in the room make overs! The breakfast was very nice, but you can only order and pay for a cappuccino because the only offer for a coffee is Americano! Coffee Machines ae really outdated.

The property was spacious and very clean. The spa was lovely and the massuse was amazing. The staff in general was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Amazing hospitality. Special thanks to all the staff. We went with family 2 kids and needed frequent sterilisation of bottles for baby and milk. Staff were so patient and helpful. Made our holiday stress free. Food was great and kids loved the indoor spa and swimming. Rooms and cleanliness 10/10.

Veldig hyggelig personale, men en del språkproblemer. Vi var utenfor sesong så mye stengt i Golem.

Fint hotel og det er rigtig børnevenligt, men servicen i receptionen var virkelig dårlig. Vores nøglekort virkede ikke de første 3 dage, så vi skulle ned og få det lavet hver dag hvilket var et irritationsmoment.
