Goed, praktisch en redelijk aangenaam met enige verbeterpunten.
Pros:

De locatie is een prima uitvalsbasis met metrostation Sisli op loopafstand (M2) evenals winkelcentrum Cevahir.
Je bent in 30 minuten in de oude stad. De kamer was comfortabel; Een loszittende vloerstrip werd meteen vervangen.
De bar van het hotel is prima met fijn personeel. Receptiepersoneel is vriendelijk. Het fruit bij het ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd.

Cons:

De koffie bij het ontbijt was 'not up to standard': Filterkoffie van wisselende sterkte/slapte uit een thermoskan.Voor een cappucinno moet je bijbetalen. Ongebruikelijk in een 4-star hotel. We hebben 1x keer beschimmeld brood aangetroffen bij het ontbijt. Dit werd op onze opmerking dat dit onacceptabel is meteen-maar zonder commentaar- weggehaald en vervangen. Het personeel leek het niet veel te interesseren. Ons vertrouwen in de kwaliteitscontrole liep een flinke deuk op.
Het hotel is gelegen tegenover een prachtige moskee. Helaas wordt je elke dag om 5 uur 's morgens gewekt door een enthousiaste en virtuose muezzin. Met alle respect, het is karakteristiek en mooi, maar veel te hard en erg vroeg.
Denk niet dat het hotel er iets aan kan doen, maar voor de gast is het minder. Onder het comfortabele bed lag nogal wat stof, maar verder werd de kamer dagelijks netjes opgeruimd en van schone handdoeken en vers water voorzien.
De climate control in de kamer leek niet te functioneren.

Meget godt hotel og sted og godt morgenmad og venligt personale. Alt var så fint.

God beliggenhed, rent, behageligt, stort rum.

Cons:

Lidt lille badeværelse med dør, som skulle skubbes men var meget hård. Jeg var alene så det var lige meget. Ellers lidt irriterende.
