Lobi dizaynı,dekorasyon,girişteki ortam parfümü,barı,katlar,odaların dekorasyonu çok güzeldi..

Cons:

Banyo çok küçüktü,oda klimaları anlamsızca 20 dereceye sabitlenmiş!! İstediğin dereceye ayarlanmayan klima koymak gibi bir saçmalık nerede görülmüş? Kapatıyorsunuz cayır cayır sıcak oluyo,açıyorsunuz donuyorsunuz,asla uyunmuyor! Sabahları katlar aşırı gürültülü,çok arap var büyük ihtimalle onlar ve housekeeperlar kapıları vuruyorlar,bağıra bağıra koridorlarda konuşuyolar..Uyumamanız için her şart sağlanmış..

It offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms are impeccably clean: crisp white linens, regular cleaning, and tidy service create a feeling of true comfort.

I'd especially like to highlight the wonderful breakfasts, various, delicious, and something for every taste. Every guest will find something to their liking.

Pros:

Останавливаясь в нем уже лет 5, приезжаю в Стамбул пару-тройку раз в год. Пробовала останавливаться в этом районе в других отелях, но возвращаюсь сюда. Находится на тихой улице (что очень важно в большом городе), при этом рядом с метро и большим торговым центром. Кровать удобная, в номере есть все необходимое. Затраки не очень разнообразные, но всего хватает. Постельное белье и полотенца меняют каждый день.

Нет такого, иначе не возвращалась бы снова и снова )

Dissapointment, doesnt worth the money. Dont deserve the Wyndham name.

The location, the reception and the restaurant workers are really nice and professional.

Cons:

Maintence problems all over the hotel, the lobby and around the elevators smelled like cigarettes, the cleaning personel didnt underatand or care what we say, they didnt fill up the shower gel wich was almost empty when we arrived too. He also took the shampoo bottle and didnt bring it back until we left.. Green mold in the shower head and black mold in the corners. Hot and cold water comes randomly like every minute from the shower whatever we did, wich is dangerous i have heart problems! I am a Wyndham member and they didnt ask for my membership and did not add any credit for my stay. The hotel absolutely not even close to the basic Wyndham standards. I dont know how they passed the controlls of the Franchise and sorry but what the hotel management do?! Its impossible that they are not aware of the situation.
