Hotel with beautiful view
Pros:

Hotel is in good locality, clean. Food is very delicious. View from window is beautiful. Hotel has got a swinmingpool and bar on the roof.

Best hotel in Colombo
Pros:

The location, the rooms, the facilities. Everything was exceptional! Definitely coming back to spend more than 1 night. The staff are extremely kind and thoughtful!

Cons:

Leaving the luggage at the entrance and having to wait for the team to bring it to the room - unfortunately we arrived quite late and were tired, we had to wait for another 30 mins to get the luggage.

Good stay
Pros:

Good place to stay in Colombo. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is well located.

Cons:

There are only four lifts and four receptionists for a 27-floor hotel. The wait times were a bit tedious.

Cons:

The first impression of the property was very bad..Lounge& lift is chaotic because of small places for those places..Needs to be much more guest oriented..View was good from the room ..

We had a pleasant stay and would stay again
Pros:

Decor and the pool area. The gym was well equipped. Very friendly and efficient
Staff. Loved the toilets

Cons:

The entrance on the ground level is uninviting. Rowdy guests in the pool area and drinking alcohol and smoking in the public areas.
Breakfast. No fresh milk in the rooms. Tea bags instead of loose leaf tea.
The bath towels were rather worn.

Stunning Granbell Hotel
Pros:

Amazing rooms w an unobstructed view of the sea.
Beautifully designed, with window from the bathroom. Gorgeous bathtub. Fantastic toilet! Very well equipped room; water, tea/coffee, mini fridge, bathroom amnesties.
Rooftop infinity room is a winner. Sun loungers, outdoor jacuzzi, nice rooftop bar. Stunning views. Beautiful reception/lobby.
Was able to leave my luggage and out, and also after check out.

Cons:

Water was not hot in shower and bath.

GOOD
Pros:

2日は朝食無しプラン　1日は朝食ありプランでしたが、朝食会場はすごい賑わいで、ゆっくり座って食事できる感じではなかったですが、何しろ景色は最高でした。
部屋のバスルームから、外の景色が見えるのは素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

2日目に部屋の移動をして、洗濯ものを新しい部屋に移動するようにお願いしましたが、部屋につるしておいたものは移動していた物の、バスルームに干しておいたものが移動されてなくて、部屋に戻ってから大騒ぎ・・・・結局、倉庫にありました。
バス付きは良かったですが、バスに溜めた水が流れず往生しました。
