Amazing views
Pros:

Great hotel with amazing views of the ocean and the Colombo skyline. The rooftop pool and bar is fabulous. We had a sea view room which was amazing. Everything was perfect. Very reasonably priced. We had a very late flight and the hotel stored our luggage and also let us use the pool area to freshen up before our flight.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Booked sea view and the room was clean and nice.

Cons:

The front desk staff need training. Check in time is so chaotic even with 5 or 6 staff members working. Before I went I messaged and said I need a later check out. They said just ask at reception in the morning. The staff person at reception said it wasn't available for my room and kept denying my request multiple times until I asked to speak to a supervisor and that's when miraculously my room became available for a later check out. For the amount you pay for the sea view rooms, train your staff to have better customer service. Then after I paid for a late check out till 4pm, their cleaning staff was knocking on my door at 3pm so unprofessional. Stop bothering your guests and check with your front desk for when you can clean the room.

The other staff in the lobby etc. were great.
