Pros:

The pool is gorgeous the rooms have fancy robot toilets it was clean and super handy for Colombo airport couldn’t have asked for any better the room had a gorgeous bath

Pros:

コロンボ市内に居住しています。日常の疲れを癒しにシービュールームに宿泊しました。夕日が最高にキレイです。朝食が充実していて美味しいです。館内は清潔で過ごしやすいです。バスが大きくてしっかりとお湯につかることができるのは、日本人にとって最高の癒しになります。何よりも14時チェックイン、翌日12時チェックアウトというゆとりのある時間設定は本当に助かります。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

館内の案内に日本語の表記や説明が欲しいです。証明の点け方や、エレベーターの利用の仕方や…様々に？のところがありました。宿泊者の年齢層にもよるとは思いますが…「そんなことはわかって当然では？」と感じることが、理解出来ずに困っているのが高齢者（私のような）だと思います。部屋に館内案内や利用の手引きは欲しいです。スリッパも欲しいです。ツインルームでしたが、椅子が1つしかありませんでした。広さの関係も理解出来ますが、やはり、椅子は2つ欲しいです。あと…部屋の照明が暗いです。これも、高齢者には厳しいです。本当に「見えない」のです。バスルームにある…わずかな段差に何回か驚きました。高齢者も安心出来る部屋になるとありがたいです。

Hotel at seafront with beautiful sea view
Pros:

The hotel itself is quite close to Kollupitiya Railway station. There are a lot of connections to Colombo Fort. The hotel has a beautiful lobby. On the skydeck, there is a pool, jacuzzi and a bar. Having a swim for sunset is beautiful. You have a beautiful view on the Indian Ocean from pool. We had a room with sea view. The equipment was good and the bathroom is also clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The charges for drinks are really high. The seat cushions on the sofas in the room could use a refresh.

Pros:

Grandba Colombo was an excellent hotel with a very clean environment and modern facilities throughout. As soon as you enter the reception area, you can immediately feel the high standard and quality of the hotel. The reception staff were extremely helpful and even allowed us to check in a little earlier due to availability, which was much appreciated.

The room was spotless and had a beautiful sea view. Everything felt modern, luxurious, and well maintained. Room service was also great; we ordered food during our stay and it was really tasty and good value for money.

The rooftop pool was lovely and a great place to relax. The all-day dining buffet also had a great selection of food and was well priced. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Cons:

The lifts could take quite a long time to arrive. Even though there were four lifts, there were times we had to wait five to six minutes just for one to come.

Beautiful hotel with amazing pool and views - highly recommended
Pros:

My wife and i spent 2 nights at the Granbell when first arrived to Sri Lanka. Great hotel for easing into a long trip. Beautiful hotel with a fabulous rooftop pool and bar. Wonderful views of the ocean and attentive bar staff to confirm your hotel choice. Our room and bathroom were spacious. We had a wonderful sushi dinner in the hotel - well worth the visit. Overall a great experience. Lot of people during our stay but there was room for all. Highly recommended.

We didn’t feel like a welcome guest in the hotel.
Pros:

The pool and bar on the roof.
The room design was good and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The tv and remotes did not work. The phone didn’t work. The blind in the bathroom was broken and our room was not cleaned. Not being able to add drinks at the bar or room service on the bill was inconvenient.
