Good for a short stay
Pros:

This is a good option if you are spending a short time in Colombo. Comfortable bed, sea view rooms have a beautiful view. Good value for money.

Cons:

Felt that the bathroom could be cleaner - some limescale and dirt in the corners. Very busy & waiting around for the lifts due to congestion is minorly annoying.

The terrible customer service from check in to checkout ruined the whole experience and took away the nice hotel feature
Pros:

Balcony overlooking the ocean. Bath with ocean view.

Cons:

Opposite train station. Too loud.
Staff and customer service absolutely terrible.
Put me in a twin room when I paid for a king room cos I was a single person checking in. Swipes for lift didn’t work.
Room service took over an hour for dinner.
Reception staff slow and unhelpful.

Excellent place to stay in Colombo
Pros:

This was an excellent place to stay in Colombo. Our room was a nice size with an amazing view of the sea. The reception area was very cool, sophisticated and soothing. The roof top area was a spectacular place to watch the sunset with infinity pools facing the sea and views all around of the city.

Nothing.

Pros:

ホテル自体が新しく綺麗な上、客室は開放的かつモダンなつくりとなっており快適に過ごすことができました。日本企業が所有･運営するホテルとあって、日本人である私どもが満足のいくサービスを受けることができました。インフィニティプールからの眺望は抜群で、日本食レストランもあり大変満足のいく宿泊となりました。

Cons:

朝食レストランが混雑しておりなかなか着席できなかったこと(朝食会場がショートスタッフで、入口で座席を案内するスタッフはおらず、朝食を終えた座席の食器を片付けるスタッフも少なかったです)。それから、客室数の割りにエレベーターの台数が足りておらず待ち時間が長かった点が残念でした(G階から客室に上がる時、フロントのある1階に止まることがデフォルトになっており、それを解除するだけでも随分違うのではないかと感じました)。
