Good ocean views, nothing fancy - fine value for money
Pros:

Great ocean views. Rooms were large and clean. Not in the main part of town, but opposite the beach. Nothing crazy fancy - fine value for money.

Sehr geschmackvolles, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit grandioser Aussicht aufs Meer

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön - sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt ausreichend Platz, der Balkon ist toll mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer, das Bad ist schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, man sitzt dabei sehr nett mit Blick auf die Strandpromenade. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll - klein, aber mit grandiosem Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Lage an der Strandpromenade war super - das Hotel liegt im etwas ruhigeren Teil. Die Straße ist stark befahren, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern war der Lärm kaum zu hören. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

One of the best rooms we found in Vietnam.
Pros:

The views are insane, great breakfast and the pool is breathtaking. We found everything super clean, which is much appreciated in Vietnam stays.
They provide everything you could need for personal hygiene.
Staff was so kind and clear, they do a great job.

Really nice hotel to stay in. Quite comfortable nice staff.

Rooms were nice, modern and clean. Nice staff nice boutique hotel a little out of the way but that made it quieter.

Klein, aber fein. Nettes Personal, sehr persönlich. Zimmer sehr angenehm, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Beachfront in Da Nang heißt, dass es 24/7 sehr laut ist. Der Verkehr ist brutal laut. Hätte Zimmer im 1.Stock (in Vietnam ist es der 2. Stock) und das ist enorm laut. Vielleicht ist es in den oberen Stockwerken etwas leiser. Um 5 Uhr findet täglich gegenüber ein Frühsport mit Musik statt.
Frühstück ist ok, doch auch brutal laut.

La vue, surtout le matin on a droit a un lever de soleil avec vue sur Lady Buddha et les pêcheurs (si on prend la chambre avec vue mer biensure). La chambre est spacieuse. La chambre est belle à regarder de loin mais c’est tout.

Cons:

1. La chambre est belle et ressemble aux photos, cependant lorsqu’on regarde de plus près elle aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi. Ils ont tenter de nettoyer le mur mais ils ont laisser des traces de tissu sur tout le long derrière le lit (ce qui en soi était le moindre de mes soucis.. sans parler des autres tâches). La table d’appoint près de l’assise (sale) était cassé.
2. Il avait un poil noir dans mes draps à mon arriver. Les draps avait aussi des taches noires mais je penses qu’elles étaient propre mais simplement vielle et donc pas toutes les taches partent.
3. J’ai eu le malheur de regarder les escaliers du personnel a cote de l’ascenseur au 3 étage pendant que j’attendait une éternité pour qu’il descende ayant cru avoir trouvé l’escalier, et j’ai eu le malheur de découvrir l’état des couettes et les sommiers de l’hôtel.
4. Les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisé, au point que je pensais même au début qu’elle n’était pas fermé mais après une longue vérification, elles sont juste de très mauvaise qualité (d’ailleurs tous les joints étaient sale, elles ne se ferment pas correctement et le rideau était cassé et sale). Il y a beaucoup de bruit due a la circulation (et surtout due a la mauvaise qualité des fenêtres). Après avoir passe la moitié de la nuit réveillé par la circulation j’ai eu ensuite le plaisir d’entendre claquer les portes de chaque client qui rentrait dormir comme leurs douches respectives à mon étage (je suppose). Pour finalement me faire réveiller par mes voisins entrain de … , on entendait tout (oui TOUT! parler et crier des mots « d’amour » etc. Et je saurais même expliquer pourquoi les assises sont sales car j’ai bien pu entendre l’assise bouger. Donc autant les murs et les sols ne sont pas insonorisé non plus car mes chères voisins français n’était pas au même étage que moi.
5. À mon arrivé j’ai pu m’apercevoir qu’il avait des taches rose sur le mur de la douche (je suppose le conditionner de qqn?) les joints sont à refaire aussi.

Завраки вообще невкусные. Номер в целом неплохой. На дня три вполне сойдет.
Pros:

Вид из окна хороший , номер большой, меняли полотенца, уборка каждый день. Очень удобная функция химчистки, приносят чистое , белье пахнет вкусно. Но дорого. Вокруг можно найти стирку в 3 раза дешевле, если знать места)

Завтраки невкусные. Персонал не очень приветливый.
