Somewhat nice hotel with no hot water, a bad breakfast, and bad staff

The room was nice, it felt clean!

Cons:

A lot. No hot water. The breakfast was so mid. Worst of all was my interactions with staff. They clearly wrote something incorrectly on their instructions on what is charged and what isn’t, and still proceeded to charge me for it after they agreed a mistake was made.
