Albergo che ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Palestra aperta 24h comodissima.

Ristorante veramente favoloso. Il maitre Alfredo attentissimo! Chef a mio avviso impeccabile.
La dimensione della stanza non era adatta a tre persone.
L’aria condizionata all’interno della struttura troppo alta.
Avrei preferito che per la colazione ci fosse più scelta su yogurt e frutta, ma comunque sia buffet molto ricco.

Mega-Lärm (Bässe) aus der gegenüberliegenden Bar, Freitag-Nacht bis 2 Uhr! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.
Reaktion des Hotels: Die Bar darf das, sie hat die entsprechende Lizenz. Dafür ist das Hotel nicht zuständig!
Rezeption glänzte mit Inkompetenz, Unzuständigkeit und falschen Aussagen.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per visitare tutte le principali spiagge e località della Costa Smeralda, essendo tutte raggiungibili a 20 minuti di macchina circa.
La camera e il bagno erano ben puliti e ristrutturati da pochi anni.
La colazione era abbastanza assortita, con scelta tra dolce e salato, selezione di frutta, verdure, yogurt.
La piscina a disposizione degli ospiti molto tranquilla e accogliente, i bagnini due giovani ragazzi sempre sorridenti ed educati.
Abbiamo avuto un problema in camera, di notte e il ragazzo della reception è stato disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci nell'attesa che i tecnici potessero controllarne la causa l'indomani mattina.
Visto il costo della struttura, ci vorrebbe una maggior attenzione ai dettagli. La doccia della piscina, posta sotto un profumatissimo albero di fichi, a essere sinceri è inaccettabile, tappata e piena di muschio. La piscina, bellissima e pulita, ha diverse scrostature causate dal tempo. La mattina in sala colazione finivano spesso i cucchiaini da caffè e i camerieri non se ne accorgevano finché qualcuno tra gli ospiti non lo segnalava. Un giorno sono finiti i saponi sia in doccia che nel lavandino e, posto che gli addetti alle pulizie dovrebbero accorgersene da soli, ho chiesto di ricaricarli la mattina, poi la sera prima di uscire e poi ancora la mattina dopo, perché non era stato fatto (fortunatamente viaggio sempre con delle mini taglie, altrimenti non avremmo potuto lavare nemmeno le mani).
Pessima prodotti di bassa qualità latte non fresco bar per espressi che apre alle 10,30 del mattino il salata immangiabile sconsigliato

Perfect location for vising the Costa Smeralda. The property is modern and spacious, with excellent facilities and a very good breakfast. Very helpful staff
